The rooms didn’t have a fridge unfortunately.

The staff were always extremely helpful, courteous and friendly.

The key card failed to open the door on a number of occasions and we had to get a reception staff member to help unlock our door.

Prices are extortionate when concerts are on, the price gouging is epic, increasing prices by hundreds of percent should be criminal

Two double beds was great. No argument with hotel about wanting twin beds. Tea/coffee/biscuits were good.

There was a constant beeping in the room (and corridor) that even ear plugs couldn’t block out.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean as always. I felt secure and the room was ideal. Tea and coffee facilities were provided. Did not include breakfast with my booking but i have no doubt this would have been great also.

There is nothing I could fault this hotel on as I stay here on a monthly basis and am always happy with my choice.

We didn’t have WiFi in our room and barely any cell signal, the location is a bit hard to access by walking

room was very spacious and clean, the bed was comfy and the temperature of the room was comfortable. we did not have breakfast but did had a meal in the restaurant which was tasty.All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Ample parking on site and short walk to Cardiff Marine Quay. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent room service and toiletries and refreshments,i,e tea, coffee, water and biscuits refreshed daily. English and continental breakfast very good.

We want to take this time to thank Dean Hanlon and the front desk team for their excellent service. The housekeeping staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant has very good food. The location is great for Cardiff Bay and more. Once we parked the car we went for a meal, watch a film, and went to the bay for music and drinks; because everything was within 5-15 minutes of walking distance. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived until we checked out.

There is nearby road traffic noise as it is a city based hotel so no reflection on the actual hotel

After a very long day travelling, I was absolutely starving, ordered room service which was not only delicious but came incredibly promptly

The decor is quite dated, don't get me wrong it wasn't enough to put me off staying again, but a little refresh probably wouldn't go a miss
