The staff were all very nice and helpful. Too bad we couldn’t bring back the balloon given to the kids. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is just perfect, in the middle of halal food street and close to the market.

No breakfast available but it’s still very easy to find outside of the hotel.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in an excellent, interesting, location, close to Ben Thanh market, the park and plenty of places to eat. As a solo female traveller, first visit to Saigon, this hotel and area was an excellent choice. Thanks again to all the staff!! 😊

Room key always doesn't work

Comfort, the staffs are friendly except the night male staff which ask for $25000 dong

My friend girl friend want vist and the staff at night(MAN with moustache) ask for 250000 dong in order for his girl friend to go to his room which I think is not right. and not part of your hotel requirement. Furthermore when ask for receipt he refuse to provide, this upsetting my friend and spoil the day Pls kindly do a check and get back to me Thanks in advance

The rooms were fine, had everything we needed. Warm showers and a comfy bed. The staff was nice to us and the location is great and central

The staff was friendly, although it was sometimes a little bit hard to talk in English. They gave us a free upgrade for the room. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable and it was clean.

Lucky we stayed 2 nights. Ben thanh market half open. Food court is turned into a club now. The rest of the centre is dead. Better stay near saigon square or riverside walk. Really regret we didn't

Really shocking experience for my wife and 2 year old daughter. Drunken unknown chinese man try to intrude in to our room! Confronted him and he sat down in the hall, few moments again kickin our door.. Hotel employees did nothing and ask not to call police. Eventually he went away. Hotel has zero security just anybody could walk in and cause troubles. No security recording system. Thats probably what you get for this money. Towels smelly, shower has hair in drain. Blankets has yellow spots. Room really outdated. Its more a hostel then a hotel.

Location was excellent, in the centre of district one. Good location to visit most of the main events on foot.

Breakfast was pretty basic

The staff were friendly. Good English. The lift was normal size, can reload all my luggages in one go.

The matress was a bit hard. Shower gel has not refilled. The power socket a bit loose.
