Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Kandy, great and helpful staff, very good value for momey, great facilities including professional massages and a deep pool which is rare for hotels. Mithun de Silva was particularly helpful and professional and always checked whether our stay was comfortable!

There was nothing we didn't like, but like any hotel there is always room for improvement :-) Our bathtub was getting clogged but it seemed to have been fixed during our stay, which is great. Some of the staff in the breakfast buffet seemed to be in training so as expected some of the stations were a bit slow (especially the hopper station). The restaurants in general seemed to be understaffed and the existing staff were always very busy, but they did a great job given the circumstances! The food options were really good and changes daily. The airconditioning was central so you can't control the temperature (you can only increase/decrease the a/c's fan), which was perfectly ok for us but not necessarily for other guests. My last comment would be that it was difficult to figure out what the rooms actually looked like when I did the booking, and the rooms looked different when we actually got there. For example some of the pictures of the junior suites on booking.com seemed to show a door separating the room and lounge area, and some of the deluxe rooms seemed to have a separate lounge area according to the pictures but this wasn't the case for us. Maybe we got slightly different rooms because we wanted all rooms next to each other (which they were kindly able to give us!) but it would be good to see some pictures of the real rooms on booking.com rather than just the largest rooms so that there are no surprises when checking in :-)

Even paper serviettes were not provided and given on demand. Toothbrush & room slippers also given on request. There were no Minibar in the Deluxe room though specified. only mini fridge was kept. Compact wash room😌.

Great staff, Sidath the hotel manager helped us to acquire transport into Kandy town and also found us a very reasonable deal for van hire to Ella.

A complete change of place, different from the previous one. I lived twice, and this was the worst in all respects Slow staff, The service at the buffet is slow,There is no iron in the room, they provide it for moneyA family suite was booked for 4 days, and they provided water only for the first day, and the rest of the days for money

We had a longer stay together with our child, the service was extraordinary! The rooms are very nice, rooms and hotel are very clean. We had good eating and food! Front office service 24/7. Pool is always usable and very clean. The view is gigantic! we will come again - thanks!

Pool is quite cool after it rained a lot. Be aware of monkeys :-)

Great location with an amazing view! A place were you can take a break from the bustling city of Kandy and calm down. Rooms and food are very good and the staff does everything to make you feel welcomed. Would stay here again!
