The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was prestocked with amenities you may need like shaving cream and razers and toothbrushes. We got there fairly late and left really early so we weren't able to enjoy most of the hotel's amenities. That said, when they learned we were heading to the airport at 5:30am, they immediately offered to pack us a ready made breakfast.

That the spa with the hot tub closed early. We would have loved to soak in a hot tub later in the evening around 9 pm. In addition, we were very grateful to find a room for me and my parents, but know that the second bed was a removable cot.

There's small kitchen with electric stove but not a fork or spoon Problem to open the underground parking with the key card

The Spanish colonial style is what attracted us to the hotel, and we were not disappointed. also our bedroom was a good size and comfortable. Friendly staff for the most part.

Choice of food was very basic. Only buffet meals being served which is not what we expected.

Everything was perfect

Well-located with friendly staff, who are eager to help. Rooms are well-furnished and clean. I appreciated the hotel providing water for guests, as well as plenty of items for the bathroom.

My only minor issue was that the key card system has its issues. If you put your key card next to your mobile or laptop, it will no longer work and you’ll have to visit the front desk.

Very good hotel and excellent value for money, perfect position close to the city center and good for exploring, also close to a big parking if you are by car. The staff is very friendly and the hotel has plenty of facilities. Our room was big and had everything we needed, the bed was very confortable and the bathroom modern clean and well equipped.

Almost nothing! The only thing might be that our room faced the car park, but all considered it was still very good value. I didn’t use the kitchenette as I only staid one night but I believe the 10€ charge for kitchen utensils is perhaps a bit high.

My room was really nice! Spatious and well decorated. The hotel is right in the city center.
