This luxury self catering three/four bedroom holiday apartment has a wealth of original features set over two floors. Accomodation comprises main reception room/fourth bedroom, three bathrooms and lower ground reception room/utility room. and luxury newly fitted kitchen. Outside there is a garden with a glass canopy, bbq and for golf enthusiasts a replica Road Hole Bunker to practice your bunker shots.

We traveled to St. Andrew's to celebrate 30 years of golfing together, and 12 Howard Place was the perfect spot to call home for 8 guys who wanted the experience of a lifetime. Plenty of space, 3 bathrooms, and a well appointed kitchen made it easy to enjoy our time there. Thanks, June.

As 4 ageing golfing tourists, this house had everything we could wish for, inside and out. Plenty of communal areas to eat, drink and discuss the days golf as well as retreating to our own area bedrooms and bathrooms. All this as well as a short stroll to the Old course 1st tee and a bunker in the backyard to sharpen our techniques. Thank you June. We will be back given the chance.

The townhouse is absolutely lovely! Clean, spacious and centrally located. . . with an amazing garden! The owners and caretakers were gracious and great to deal with. Our family came together for graduation week and it was wonderful to have such a nice place to come back to everyday. Highly recommend 12 Howard Place!!

We just had a wonderful stay for 5 days at 12 Howard Pl. The location was perfect, and the house was immaculate. Bathrooms bedrooms family room w large TV, beautiful outside garden and a really cool bunker for us as well!

Perfect rental for our golf trip. Great location with just a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars as well as to the historic Old Course. The interior of the rental was recently redone and looks great. Would stay again.

We can't say enough about 12 Howard Place!! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, everything was perfect. With 8 guys, luggage, golf clubs etc.. there was more than enough room. The beds were incredible as were the amenities. You never know what you're going to get when you rent a home in another country but all 8 of us were truly amazed and appreciative of the opportunity to stay here. Close to everything, just the right amount of furniture and turn key ready. Thank you so much for allowing my group to stay with you!
We will be back and I know exactly where we're staying!
