The location was great. Walking distance to all the sights and easy to get around. Breakfast was lovely, excellent service as well. The Room I had was a bit small and the shower spilled all over the floor but it was fine.

The hotel made a mistake for booking the room through booking without direct booking, after checking in, the payment was delayed, so the invoice was late, very unsatisfied.

The location was good and close to several key visitor attractions and a busy market.

Our two rooms had no windows or natural light, and the lighting arrangement was poor. The bedside lamps were next to useless, so it was either 'full-on' ceiling lights or total darkness. The shower curtain didn't reach down to the bath so, unless we knelt in the bath holding the showerhead, the entire bathroom floor was flooded after every shower. The breakfast buffet was not as well stocked as in other hotels we used, and the staff were a bit slow to replenish. Worst of all, our airport pick-up car failed to arrive, and when we finally got to the hotel (by street taxi) the receptionist actually blamed me for not having sent them the 'right' emails, even though they hadn't asked for anything after I confirmed the reservation and price! Definitely not how I used to teach 'customer service' in the hospitality business! Overall, it was not our best experience in Vietnam. Not awful either, but it could have been so much better.

I only like the location.

The room was very small. The bed was very small. The bathroom was liking water to the floor every time we took a shower. The people from the reception were not very helpful. I do not recommend this hotel at all

Ideal location in District 1 and a very good breakfast

A great value, centrally located hotel. Exceptional staff - warm and friendly. Dao gave us fantastic service and arranged our transfers, checking to make sure all went well. Thank you Dao, you made everything much easier for us, great service.

Nothing. We had a small room but that's what we wanted because we only slept there with so much to do in the city. They do have bigger rooms.

We stayed in this hotel on our first visit to Ho Chi Minh City and were so impressed we booked for our return visit. The rooms, staff, and location were all good.

On our second visit, there was work going on in a nearby building that started at 8pm and went all night. This was not the hotel's fault, but it did impact on the quality of sleep during our second visit,

Breakfast is very poor ! they not understand English and one day not even clean my room and just saying I am sorry and I am sorry ! we paid for late checkout and they charge money and no good breakfast and nor clean room , no compensation ! even when we check out they asked for one bottle water they said 50K dong and no have any regret for their mistake.

I love the location of this hotel. Nearby halal food restaurant and a walking distance to Ben thanh market. My room was on the 7th Floor with a private garden..its super clean..👍 Thank You GK central hotel staff for the warm welcome during my 5days stayed..
