Air-conditioning unit was not functioning well

The water park was amazing. My baby loved it so much. Value for money there.

The cold showers. It rained throughout our stay and the showers were really cold.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The chefs went out off the regular menu to prepare for us traditional coastal cuisine on our request and they did a very good job.

We were there in a cold season and struggled to get the water warm enough to shower - party also because of our tight schedule so we ended up showering with cold water. In a regular season, this wouldn't be an issue coz it's generally hot and humid.

very clean, calm, not much guests, very helpful and welcoming people, Kelvin and Geoffrey are very helpful, value of money is very ok, make sure you take half board, the food is ok,

the location is not close to beach, mean while it is an opportunity to choose every day one new destination
