I've always had a decent stay. No complaints really. Just hurry up for breakfast because it goes fast.

Comparing with other MicroInn we stayed before, this one is bad.

I stayed here about two weeks ago and this was definitely a different experience. Front desk staff were rude and condescending at the start. The 1st shift guy passed off our checking-in to the even more unfriendly 2nd shift employee who informed me of the deposit needed for the room. I have stayed at this location 4 other times and not one time have I ever had to pay a deposit.

The facility is in very poor condition. There was hair all through the beds, in the bathtub and sink. My wife and daughter were so grossed out by the bathroom that they wouldn't even shower. The smoke free room smelled like smoke and the sink was full of burn marks. Cheapest in the area and the quality shows.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The problem was room location. The two bed rooms all 3rd floor down two halls and our room was at the very end. We're in 70's so distance to room too much. She don't sleep, drinks coffee and smokes. Much too far to get downstairs and back to room.

I would recommend the Microtel in Louisville for anyone traveling either alone, or with someone they don't mind sharing space with. If you're leaving a review complaining about space, I recommend a vocabulary lesson. The room was "clean" but a deep clean had not been done for what appeared to be a fairly long time. But, that being said, I will definitely stay here again. Very dog friendly (please be responsible dog owners) and the staff was extremely polite. The price is also very budget-friendly and worth every penny. Thanks Microtel!!

Perfect for a one night stop.

All was fine except someone was smoking pot and it stunk up the whole bottom floor.

The entire place reeks of marijuana. The girl at the front desk came beating on my door hollering at me saying I better open my door before she counts to ten. I opened it and she jumps in my face touching the tip of my nose saying you are an entitled little B word and you think you can do what you want. I had to come to your door last night and make you stop smoking in your room and now today . spent the night over at my mother room that night because she had to go to the hospital, I was not even in my room and I don’t smoke. The room smelled like smoke marijuana, and mildew when I checked in in one night the room was infested with ants thousands coming in the windows coming under the door they were coming up the drains in the bathroom, the guy at the front desk is very nice. He is the only good thing about the hotel and Dylan on the dayshift very nice. They need to be at a different Wyndham hotel because that place is nothing but a hole there were people fighting every night. You constantly hear the people across the hall someone knocking on their door. It seems like every 10 or 15 minutes they go in the room in there a couple minutes and come back out on my last day and there is a naked man laying in the floor and they’re working on him. Apparently, he overdosed there was a guy sleeping in the bushes. My advice to anyone is stay away from that place. It hasn’t been updated. You can tell in years the carpet is filthy walls are cracked chipped and holes in them,.

We have stayed numerous times, and its always been a good experience.

Anyone with children would not want to stay at this place. We had three drug dealers on our floor. How did I know because all night long someone was knocking on one of those doors they go in come back out night one of the guys and his girlfriend on the Hall got into a fight, I called the front desk to ask them if they would please ask them to quiet down. It was really loud that I hear loud noise then I hear the girl that was fighting. Say come get your drugs. They’re out in the hall and then you hear them fight in the hall because she threw the drugs in the hall Traffic is horrible. It smells like a marijuana field you walk in and all you smell is marijuana. There were ants everywhere. I could not get rid of them the lady at the front desk she worked first and second shifts she wouldn’t give me her name nor did she have a name tag but she told me “there’s nothing we can do about ants so I could not recommend this even to my worst enemy I would even warn them to stay away they give you a price of 60 $70 to stay there but they don’t tell you is you have $60 in a incidental fee if you have a pet you pay $30 a day every day oh and if they miss anytime, they’ll just throw the whole thing on there Somehow after being there two days and going up there on the third day I look and there was $150 charge. They said it was fees that they forgot to charge never did I get any of my incidental fees that they took every single day there is a girl working short hair the rudest person ever

You get what you pay for

Nastiest place on earth filthy dirty carpet my bed sheets had blood on them when I went to get in my bed the first night. I didn’t even want to get in the bed at all after that and ants. There’s as many ants as they are drug dealers and people using drugs and that hotel thousands of ants coming in windows in the out underneath the walls, the floors the drains in the sinks, just stay away from that place. It’s just nasty folks.

Although the staff at the front counter we're decently professional, the stay overall was rather lacking. The pictures of the rooms brought me in, but the overall state of the room was rather dingy and low quality. I got a rather decent deal on it so if there were no other issues I wouldn't have worried about leaving a review, but the pipes ended up gurgling in the middle of the night, and filled up my rooms toilet with refuse. I left earlier than intended to escape the smell. This hotel needs a remodel or at the very least heavy maintenance.

Very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Great place to stay.

This hotel did exactly what my little family of 4 needed-beds for sleeping, and a fully functional bathroom/shower. Nothing fancy but clean, quiet, and no bugs of any kind(yes, I check for those!)

Desk clerk didn't know whether or not rooms had micro ovens. They don't. She was new, and didnt know other things about the location as well. Mot really her fault, management should have trained her better

Stay was really pleasant. No problems with the room. At first I thought the breakfast was going to be pasty gravy with tasteless sausage but I was wrong breakfast was really good. I went back for seconds Overall a good stay would recommend

I used to stay here as a cheap place to stay while I'm Louisville for work weeks. It is close to downtown, and used to be clean. Now the place is a dump. It may be due to newer hotels built in the same area, but when I arrived I noticed very few cars in the parking lot. Used to be hard to find a parking spot. The place is just a dump. I can't say they have bed bugs as I didn't see any, but when I left the next day I had some type of bug bites on my legs that I needed to use cortisone cream on for a few days to stop the itching. To be safe I washed all my clothes that were previously clean using Lysol laundry sanitizer. I've spent many nights/weeks there prior to COVID, but I won't stay there again. Too many nice hotels for just a few dollars more in the same area.

They moved me to 3 different rooms in my 2 nights here. The first room the toilet was leaking. 2nd room has bed bugs and i got bitten everywhere.

This is a Microtel location so furnishing and rooms are basic. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was friendly. Rate was great for location in Louisville.

Worst Micro tell that I have stayed at. I would not recommend staying here.

It was a very good place. Had to change rooms because the air conditioner was not working right.
