Was comfortable and the host didn't bother me or my friends while we were there was like was are own apartment

Finding parking at night

The apartment is large and airy in a safe and clean neighbourhood. We didn't spend much time there but there was a good supermarket (Green way) only 5 mins away for supplies. We had a 20 min trip to Manhattan each morning by regular buses from the end of the road which was fine. Coming back at night, the view of Manhattan from the end of the road is truly breathtaking The owners were pleasant and tried to be helpful. The furnishings and equipment are mostly good quality and recent. Nice, big shower!

A couple of minor complaints: a number of simple things (bath-mats, chopping board etc etc) which should have been present were not and there was a shortage of some kitchen items such as glasses and cutlery (but what there was was good.) I have left the owners a list of such things. There are a number of things that the owners shold have thought of, like providing the WiFi Code on paper, which they hadn't. (We arrived with no data on our phones and the owner suggested I could have looked at my email to find the code he had sent me. Errrrr...!) The owners seemed a bit naive on this and a couple of other points, but pleasant and helpful when they understood the problem. They could have also provided a folder of local data (Supermarket and bank recommendations, buses etc.) Especially welcome when you temporarily don't have internet!

They are a sweet couple and the place is beautiful clean and cozy. Perfect for right by the city but not in the chaos. We had everything we needed and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely be booking again next time.
