Excellent on all counts! From the moment of arrival, the grounds people were helpful with our parking selection to the folks at the front desk who set us up with our room.
We got a suite as I had requested a room on the lower floors. Ended up to be the second floor. The suite was spacious and inviting. Almost did not want to leave for our dinner date.
The Continental Breakfast was the best we had on our five week trip across Canada. The staff were helpful and really made an effort to put a positive spin on your day.
All and all, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was nice. Well maintained property. Breakfast selections and quality was very good.
Carpet in room was so dirty, the tub water was black every time we showered. Either shampoo or remove and replace with flooring.

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable. However at breakfast time it was busy so cutlery &crockery was always a problem.One downfall for the room was the curtains didnt pull.This was a problem on the bottom floor.The breakfast was beautiful plenty of choice and the indoor swimming pool was very convenient during our stay.

This place needs urgent renovation and it needs to upgrade it rooms furniture!
Cleanliness is horrible, when we checked in trash bin was full and bathroom had a terrible smell, only one person at the desk and she was headless chicken! Pull out sofa mattresses is almost 100 years ago and need a replacement!!! Carpets are very old and disgusting! Breakfast menu very limited and no room service with no body around to get help if needed

Amazing hotel the rooms are very nice and clean and the kids had their own bathroom and bedroom, that in itself was amazing and the price was very reasonable.

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Breakfast was included in the cost of stay and there were breakfast options for most (omnivore/vegetarian/vegan).
The location was close enough to a variety of shopping and dining and close enough to Niagara Falls and Toronto for our needs. Amenities included a pool, business room, exercise room, little store, and laundry room, to name a few. Our room included a pull out sofa, kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, tv, blow dryer, iron and board.
Housekeeping and kitchen staff were friendly. The grounds were clean and when the main parking lot was full, there was plenty of parking available across the street. Overall, we'd stay at Staybridge Suites Oakville (IHG Hotel) again.

Staybridge is usually one of favorite hotel chains to stay out, however this location is very dated and looking rough. Staff were great but overall it was not a great stay.
- Carpet in hallways was super loose and a tripping hazard.
- Couches in room had multiple stains and should have been tossed several years ago.
- Several stains on the carpet in the room
- Rust and mold in the bathtub. Moldy grout.
- TV remotes didn't work well.
- Beds were fairly comfortable though.
I know all hotels have a useful life period before they remodel, this one is well past that though.

All staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms and bathroom were outdated and just old.
Bed was extremely uncomfortable, causing back pain for both of us.

The room had a terrible view lol (next to a power station) but the beds were comfy & room was clean! The furniture was most definitely out of date & the desk chair seat was peeling. Loved that the room had almost everything you would need/expect from a mini kitchen away from home. Breakfast wasn’t too shabby either!

Staff was helpful and friendly. The suite with kitchenette was a fun and convenient add on. Tv was not easy to get used to with no instructions so that was annoying but bed was very comfy and overall the stay was great for a mini getaway

Everything was great, very spacious room for a family of 6. Generous and delicious breakfast.
Bath in the room (204) needs to be changed or repainted. I took a shower but I wouldn't have taken a bath.

We arrived very late at night. The hotel staff was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and again, the staff was friendly and ready to serve.

I liked an affordable option of a suite with a small kitchen. Breakfast is great and very tasty. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Will definitively recommend.

Breakfast and staff at the breakfast were excellent. But the area to collect the breakfast items is far too small for the number of people staying at the hotel. A lot of the hotel is showing age and kitchens are stocked inconsistently.

Great place , tidy and clean . All all the necessities we needed. Nice and close to the GO station, perfect for trips into Toronto.

What a wonderful place to stay! Clean and quiet with an excellent staff. The bed was so comfortable that we slept solid through the night. I had no idea how busy the hotel was until we went down for the excellent breakfast the next morning.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, it was perfect, spacious and had all amenities .you need.. 2 bathrooms, kitchen nook with fridge, 2 burner stovetop, dishwasher, dishware and utensils for 6 as well as coffee, tea and even microwaveable popcorn. Great price for what we got.
Toilets could have been a little higher for tall people. Woud have been nice to have a balcony but thats just me.
Will definately stay again when traveling to Toronto.

Beds in the suite were good, the couch was dirty. Personnel very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was great, lot's of choice for everyone.
