Pool is closed no tv in room. Room was extremely dirty staff was unhelpful with everything when asked for management was told no manager is available for a week on premises asked for a phone number to call for management they gave us the phone number to the hotel people were selling and doing drugs all over the property including by the office i have pictures of the filthiest place i have ever stayed at door locks broken molded carpets in the halls and hungover the railings trash all over the place dog poo in the grass when you can see it because grass is over grown my wife and I had to leave early and stay at another place because of how nasty this place is they refused to refund any of the money i paid including my deposit do your self and family a favor do not ever stay here

HAD TO BE MOVED THREE TIMES DUE TO BROKEN WINDOWS, DOOR LOCKS TV NOT WORKING.

There was nobody at the front desk to check-in. Called the number, no answer. Saw a paper that says to TEXT the number, did and then, 30min later, someone showed up to check me in. Then he doubted my check-in because the deposit was already paid online. He INVESTIGATED my check-in because he couldn't charge me the deposit while I was there. Called two managers who both told him to let me in and he still told me he'd have to investigate. Took me an hour and a half to finally get checked in after being taken to the first room that was completely flipped upside down. The second room was stayable but smelled bad and the experience left a horrid taste in my mouth. I've never even left a review for a hotel stay and this one needs to be heard.

Not clean, at 9 pm not having any rooms available clean, check in normal is at 4 pm to 9 pm not having any rooms, 9:30 pm showing one room...not internet, tv not work, toilets not flossing...smele mold inside...terrible conditions.

Terrible experience! I arrived at the hotel with my family at the hotel at 2 pm only to find out the doors were closed. I had to call a number for somebody to open the doors and check me in. Tried to call for 20 min with no answer. Had to leave and came back at 4 to finally somebody in person. The place is nothing like the pictures posted. The room was dirty, towels old and hard and had to wait about 15 min to get hot water. Very poor condition overall. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is a dump!

The rooms were dirty. The first room.they have ne was occupied by someone else..We couldn't get into the room. The other two rooms they showed us were very dirty. We ended up not getting a room in the property ..I still expect my money to be refuned.

The room we paid for wasn’t what we got. We were told that the ones on Hotels.com are the upgraded rooms. We would have to pay $20 more a night. The walls are thin and I heard the neighbors. I didn’t sleep well. Location was good , close to our job.

im unhappy. i booked a room with a king size bed at the Stayable Kissimmie West location..once i paid it made me stay at the Stayablr Kissimmie East location which i dont recommend..i paid for a king size bed..didnt get it..got stuck with 2 small double beds instead which were old & uncomfortable..the room looked nothing at all even close to the pictures on the website..the room smelled like smoke & mildew..my wife couldnt sleep well & she is in remission from cancer so we cant just stay anywhere due to her illness..the only reason we stayed here is simply because we had no other opitions at the time because it was almost 8pm & my wife needed her rest after traveling by car all day..

Great location in the area... is cheap so don't have to much expectations. Functional and clean

Everything was great except for the TV did not work half the time. Week signal so wifi didnt work at night. Other than that ..nice big room. Clean bathroom. Kitchen area.

It was dirty. Floors sticky and woke up to a roach in my bed!!! Safety is horrible. I got locked out and was able to get in my room using a card. Had to do it that way because no staff at all after 6pm. Also had to use bottle water to brush my teeth because a bad odor was coming out when the water was turned on. Not the shower water thank God. Never will I stay here again!!

We checked in very late night/early am and the women was very friendly and accommodating :). Unfortunately the air conditioners in both rooms were not running well enough to cool the rooms below 75 :/ The box springs were stained and showing ?? The baseboards/area around the room had obviously not been cleaned in a while!

Pretty good for a few days. Staff super nice. Room looked clean but floor was dirty, noticed with my socks. Shower water didnt get as hot and didnt have great pressure. Lots of parking, great amenities, restaurant at walking distance. Supermarket a few minutes away with car. Highway extremely close, very good to get to other places. Would definitely stay again

Need Front Desk Person at all time

There was blue tarps on the roofs blowing and they walked us thru the whole check in and front desk sees me count cash thwn gives me total and then says we do not take cash at all so i left then she tried charge my cqrd 6 times not today mam

Booked this place after a 15 hour drive from Ohio. Let the front desk know i wouldn't be making it in till 4am. No where on their site did it state that nobody would be there to check me in. They told me check in wouldn't be possible at that time. So obviously i cancelled the room. Even after telling me that they would not accommodate me they refused to refund me. I never even got to check in to the hotel. So basically they made me pay for a place i didn't even get to stay, on top of that i couldn't afford to book another hotel so i ended up sleeping in my car after driving 15 hours. ALSO, if you're booking through hotels don't even bother purchasing the travel insurance (that is supposed to insure you get your money back in situations like this one.) It didn't even get me my money back. I did everything right & still got left in the street without my money. Lol love that for me.

The hotel is going through some kind of change. The signs just say “we are simplifying.” What that meant for us this trip is that the office was rarely open. The number provided on the signs just let you leave a message but no one ever answered. The property had little to no security. The rooms are bare minimum and did not include blankets, just sheets. The bathroom didn’t have hot water. They did provide two rolls of toilet paper but no facial tissue. There is no ice machine. The vending machine doesn’t work consistently. Oh and Lyft will rarely go there. We were dropped 4 times. The good part is that it is close to the Silver Spur Arena and a grocery store. But the walk there is not very clean.

Nobody working the front desk. You have to call a number because the person working is sleeping in one of the rooms. Floors are dirty and rooms didn’t come with a comforter.

Not clean. No blanket just a sheet. No shower curtain. No trash cans. Toilet didn’t work. No one at front desk for 30 minutes.

Property is a dump. The exterior smelled of sewer and the roof was covered in blue tarp. Room accommodations gave me the creeps. Expedia sorry but you dropped the ball on this property! You should remove from your site.

Needed a place to stay for 1 night and this property was great! No complaints

Quick and easy check-in. Received excellent service. I was in a newly remodeled room so the decor was nice and everything was clean. The only issue was the toilet wouldn't flush and the deadbolt lock did not work. The lady quickly responded to the toilet issue and found that it was clogged. She fixed the toilet and our stay was great. Thank you.
