Great location and wonderful stay

Nice boutique hotel approx. 10 minutes from Waikiki beach. Rooms nice, partially poorly soundproofed.

Gave us a suite instead of bungalow for 3 nights!! Very quiet, clean, cozy, ac cold and silent, staff was amazing, patio is super nice, and bathroom and shower very modern. Only comments are wish there was a screen door for the patio (the sheer curtain does do a decent job of keeping bugs out), and parking is a couple blocks away if you dont valet (only $10 a night tho!!)

Surfjack is an excellent hotel. Very convenient and Central located in Waikiki area. Shopping and food all around. Staff is super friendly. Parking is off site at Hyatt concentric Center for $10 a day with validation from the hotel; the walk to the parking is about 5 minutes. There is free SPF 30 mineral sunblock, and coffee in the morning. Will book and stay here again.

Rooms & amenities were a bit underwhelming but overall friendly staff, daily poolside entertainment and great location made it an enjoyable stay!

My husband and I loved our stay at the Surfjack hotel. The reception and cleaning teams were exceptional, super friendly and always helpful. We really appreciate the upgrade to a one bedroom suite - it was so spacious and comfortable. Our room was on the 7th floor and very quiet and clean. No resort fee, the $10 parking pd fee in a garage nearby, and daily free coffee was a huge perk! We came back to this hotel after staying there once in 2018 as we loved it back then too and I’m sure we will be back!

Love this place! All the vibes…from daily live entertainment, to the DJ set, to the dogs on property. Friendly staff & you can’t beat $10 parking. Would definitely stay again!

They should include that big high cars don’t fit in their valet parking and have to look for parking by the road around the hotel which is so hard to find.

Feel good hotel

Traveled wuth my family and felt as we were home. Calm and relaxed. The staff was helpful and kind. Food, beach and activities were walking distance from our hotel. My family and I will definitely be going back to Surfjack!

The hotel feels run down. The shower head is clogged so the water splashes in all directions. The room is small but does have two queen beds. I stayed in this hotel several years ago and I remember it was in a much better condition back then. The staff is very friendly.

This is such a cool hotel and the staff is so friendly and kind! Our room was huge and so was our balcony!

Super friendly staff, great vibe and excellent location that's close to everything but not right in the tourist area. The free beach towels and bag were great for days out, the pool was lovely and the live music at night was a nice way to relax. Unfortunately, our room had a very noisy bar fridge (that sounded like rats at night) but when we told the team at checkout they said they'd have maintenance check it out, so hopefully no one else will have to deal with that. Overall, I'd recommend this place for couples or families and would gladly stay again.

Elevator broke while my husband was inside He just had a knee surgery, he had to stay on his feet for 30 minutes before they be able to open the elevator door that is made us to be late to the function we had to attend.

Enjoyed staying here, super chill vibe, pet friendly, they have a water bottle filler (loved that used everyday), staff friendly and very helpful!

First of all, let's start with the FACT that this "hotel" is actually a conversion from a motel to a "hotel". Rooms are super dated, floors in the room are uneven, trip hazard! Shower head doesn't pivot, furniture is dated and has lots of wear and tear. Bedframes are horrible, mattress was in need of replacement. I booked a single bed ended up with two twin sized beds. The outside of the motel is dated as mentioned. The balcony area felt unsecure and unsafe. The motel offers zero views of the ocean or bay area. Parking is a pain, plus they charge for it! If you travel with dogs, I guess this place is ideal, otherwise get ready to smell wet dog everywhere you go on property. The check in process or area doesn't exist. No formal area that greets folks to check in. You have to park in a red towaway zone to check in which is a nightmare given traffic conditions! Honestly, spend the extra couple of hundred bucks and stay at a Hyatt or Hilton or Marriott, you'll thank me later lol. It's worth mentioning that the motel bar staff was very cool and chill. HOWEVER, they close at like 10PM! if you are on a vacation and want to indulge with food and drink a 10pm cutoff time is a buzz kill. My two cents, don't be deceived by the reviews of this motel, I wouldn't recommend this place unless you must travel with Doggo -
