It's quiet. It's not walkable into town without walking down the main highway/street that has limited sidewalks. Parking lot on site is big.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs. Loved the oatmeal. Didn't get to use the pool. There was a lot of noise was across the field with someone playing loud music. However, our room was very quiet and we slept great.

I hate to say but their breakfast buffet was horrible. A lot of things were empty and I asked and they said they don’t have anything to put out. Beds were hard as a rock. And shower curtain in tub was too small so it flooded the bathroom floor.

Check in was a mess - we had multiple rooms and ended up all getting keys for the same room. When we were moved the second room smelled like smoke. We were not told at check in that housekeeping was only available for a one hour time frame but were told that when we asked why our room hadn't been cleaned after we left for the day around 12pm.

Very clean and very comfortable beds!! Slept so good!!

The elevator was broken. I offered to stay in the third floor without any compensation. That would have been nice. And, when I opened my room there was a bug exterminator who wasn’t quite finished. It was just a minute or so before I could enter the room. I left for about an hour and the window sill and air unit was littered with bugs. In May, I paid about half of what I paid this time to stay at this hotel this time. I am incredibly frustrated that my money went toward such a disgusting stay.

The property was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. They were having a beetle issue when we stayed - not sure why.

They have a bug infestation - small black bugs were present. Though I talked with them on the phone they did not bother to inform me of this until I read the sign at the front desk. Apparently they were harmless and not biting bugs but they have not managed them despite reporting that they have tried to mitigate them with pest management both inside and outside.

A/c was kinda loud but great stay overall. Great location to all the amenities & attractions. Would recommend.

We did not stay the 3rd night and couldn’t get hold of manager so I think we had to pay for it. They receptionist said since we went through a third party we would have to get it from them. Haven’t pursued it yet. Still on vacation.

It was my worst trip so far staff couldnt find my booking and didnt help the lady at the front desk was rude and to no help

Front desk staff was quite rude. The tile in the bathroom was broken and coming off the floor. Breakfast wasn’t good. Would not stay here again.

We had spent the day horseback riding and just wanted a cool dip in the pool. But the pool was full of bugs and leaves. I asked the front desk attendant and she just said it gets cleaned in the morning, and nothing could be done. Very disappointing.

Nice hotel. Clean and quiet. Good location.

The pool was dirty. The patio chairs and tables were very dirty as well. One of the table legs was broken and wobbly and caused my husband to scrape his leg as we were sitting there. The pool area is unclean and unkept. There is one washer and one dryer in the hotel for customers to use. But there isn't a machine to get quarters. That is inconvenient for guests.

Convenient location but pool and hot tub were full of debris, bugs, etc and the hot tub smelled like dirty socks.

It is in a good location,and walking distance from the glenwood springs amusement park.The room was clean and bathrooms were clean.The area around the hotel felt safe and was away from the busy part of the downtown.I would definitely recommend staying here.

Room was clean, parking was easy.

Compared to other hotels on our trip, price seemed outrageous for the value of what we experienced. Hotel is adequate but nothing special. Clean room, but bed was only ok. Breakfast was poorly run, and with another hour to serve, they were out of quite a few items! Not close enough to walk to town

Room looked great at first. 1/3 of the lights did not work. Shower rod was broken so shower curtain would not stay closed, causing water to leak everywhere unless you hold the curtain. Must have mold in the walls, left with sinus infection, cough and sore throat after 1 night. Shower handle did not work well, was loose, so either burning hot, or cold. On the plus side, the breakfast was good as was the location. They also allowed me to check in 30 minutes early. Let them know of the issues at check out.

There isn’t a great selection of hotels in Glenwood Springs so this was ok - our room was next to the laundry which was loud in the evenings but it stopped at a reasonable time. I think they were having air conditioning issues because it was very warm and Lobby had fans running. Not bad but not the best place we’ve stayed.

If a hotel provides the laundry service and quarters are needed, then it's the basic requirements to have the quarters ready to be able to offer the service. On Thursday May 30th, 2024, around 6am, a young gentleman at the front desk showed me his cash drawer that there are not any quarters for the washer and dryers use, I was really frustrated because my husband only pair of tennis shoes were washed due to the mud and dust from walking in sandy arches national park, and we need to check out ASAP, so I got up early and hand washed his shoes and need to dry them in the dryer before the dryer will be occupied. Otherwise he will not have shoes to wear. I told the young man my frustrations but he only said we don't have quarters and you can go out to get from other venues. I asked if there are any other employees we can ask toknow if they will possibly have any quarters quarters, because it's too early in the morning and normally no places will be opened. He said nobody but himself working now. Then I heard the breakfast room has people working in there, then I went to knock on the breakfast room door to try my luck, but he said don't interrupt her from working. Then I said your hotel don't have the quarters necessary for the laundry service and put me in this situation, this is not acceptable as a hospitality service. He said don't disturb otherwise he will call the police to remove me from the property. Seriously? Instead of going above and beyond, but threatening a customer?!

Wonderful hotel walking distance to restaurants, park, glenwood adventure park, etc! We have stayed here before. Clean, nice breakfast, and pool! Highly recommend for families. We love to walk over the bridge to the park.

an old hotel, walkable to adventure park and downtown, not impressed by separation of vanity counter from bathroom, over pressure on shower water feels like water gun...
