Super comfortable beds and nice big tv!

Unfortunately the wifi didn’t reach our room as it wouldn’t work but no real biggie. I just thought we would get a lot more for the price we paid!

Lovely friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Great location for our trip. Nice bar and outdoor seating area. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by.

The accommodation was adjacent to the pub so very convenient for food etc. The room was well appointed and very clean, with a nice modern bathroom.

The area is very noisy even during the night. We were unable to sleep with the windows shut as it was very hot so we had quite a disturbed night.

The recently renovated rooms were all freshly decorated with comfortable beds and a good sized bathroom with a powerful shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Two mins walk from both trains and bus links into and around London.

Lovely staff who checked me in quickly despite the fact I didn't turn up until 10.30pm at night.

I think I should have been given a code to open the main gate out of the car park in order to get out in the morning. The rooms are through a courtyard at the back of the pub and the pub doesn't open until midday or thereabouts, so the lovely woman who showed me to my room explained that I'd need to leave via a wooden gate that takes you into the car park. All fine. However, there are then automatic gates to leave the car park which say they require a code. I didn't have that code (or a car, or anyone to ask) so I ended up having to climb over a wall and through some bushes at 8am on a Sunday morning. Not ideal!

Excellent spacious room with nice ensuite bathroom. Really friendly staff.

beautiful place, Jeremy couldn’t do enough to make us welcome. Our room was to a very high standard and excellent night sleep.

The only very little point to mention was the emergency light in the room was very bright

Not enough tea coffee biscuits and milk

My brother and me spent four nice days in London. We have chosen this place to be close to our sister who ist living in East Sheen. It is a friendly area with a lot of cafés and shops. Richmond Park and also Richmond at the riverside are not far away. The room was comfortable with two big beds and a modern bathroom. It was very quiet at night. The owners who also run the pub were very friendly and helpful. We will come back again!

Lovely room - very new so in excellent condition Location was very quiet considering it was above a high street pub!

Great to have a gated car park, something we didn't expect in London. Room was fine, a comfortable bed with a generous duvet. Shower was good. View over the street but not too noisy although some loud music came from the bar later that evening. Our room was very new and almost pristine. Good real ales although I suspect they are all from Greene King. Dinner a bit limited because they were expecting a delivery the next day! But it was quite OK. In terms off location it was walking distance from Kew Gardens. Jeremy, the landlord, is the most helpful landlord I have ever met. I felt he'd do anything for his guests.

Nothing really although on a freezing night stepping outdoors to get to our room was not the best experience. Also, the green emergency exit light in the room was too bright. We mentioned this to him and he said he would look into it.
