The property is well located and easy to find. There is parking outside (free between 1800 and 0800) but only a few places that are often occupied.
There was confusion about where I was booked into and the response from the help desk when I was attempting to assist another guest was poor (my call was returned but it was the following day). The TV did work but the signal was poor.

Nothing, noisy, dirty, no key on arrival, shower not working. Be really careful if you think of booking. Even for students all year around very poor rooms.
Very poor service, building flooded a floor below. Bin full in the entrance. Sugar House disco full blast just behind. Really not advisable

Location and clean
No lift. The building was nearly empty but they gave the top room so I have to take a heavy bag to the second floor

Really great property, ideal for a few nights in the city, only stayed one night but was perfect for what I needed (ie a bed a shower and value for money). Will definitely book again there.

The bed was comfortable enough and the room was an OK size
The fact that the door lock mechanism to get into my room was falling off on its hinges.
One of the plug sockets also wasn't screwed in properly which looked dangerous.
Also I didn't have a shower as one of the shower knobs appears to have fallen off, also the shower looks poor quality and dirty anyway so didn't want to use.

I don't normally leave reviews as I believe if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt however, we've had quite a stressful night and had a similar experience to another reviewer.
Quite possibly the worst place I've ever stayed, due to one individual and a few other factors. Wish I had seen the review posted on the 9th before I booked this place. It's a shame because it has potential and the decor is nice.
Initially, we didn't feel safe from the start - none of the doors were shut going into the apartment, anyone could literally walk all the way through and the coded lock on the bedroom door wasn't completely screwed into the door and can be pulled away from the door
We debated about staying due to our initial thoughts on the property and decided to stick it out
Didn't get any sleep due to noisy occupants in the next room, chatting loudly, even shouting at times and playing music from about 130 am through till 4am at which point we just left and spent the rest of the night waiting for the earliest train home
The listing claims to be a non smoking property despite the entire flat smelling of cigarettes and other substances. Seriously not worth the money paid.
The room had a packet of unopened blueberries down the side by the radiator dated 3rd Jan and my partner found a bra and other clothing in the top of the drawers in the room, other than that the room was okay
Finally, the listing states that hand wash is to be supplied in the bathroom and there was none.

Didn't like anything and didn't stay as felt unsafe.
Didn't stay as didn't feel safe in the flat as a lady on her own. It smelt of smoke, no doors were locked, room wasn't ready. There was a dog in the flat and this man said he lived there. It reminded me of a doss house. I contacted the agent who offered me another room in the same flat: not appropriate if you feel unsafe!!!
