La azotea de la casa es increíble. La habitación enorme y no pensábamos contar con baño privado que al final tuvimos.

Cuidado con los vecinos del lugar, nos encontramos ralladuras en el coche de alquiler por dejarlo frente a la puerta del vecino creemos. Siempre déjalo frente a la vivienda

La maison est propre, Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. La maison est située à 10 minutes en voiture de Famara. La terrasse est très agréable, le propriétaire Luca est très gentil et serviable. La cuisine est bien équipée pour se faire à manger.

Manque un ventilateur dans les chambres quand il fait chaud et adaptateur multiprises. La terrasse peut être encore mieux aménagée.

Giovanna was a great host. Luca a real help, and I especially liked Atilla the Hund. The hosts made you feel at home, and the location to the beach was excellent. You will find having a car helpful. Note- check out the heavy bag upstairs!

Would like to have stayed longer, but was on a schedule.

Luca and his team are very friendly, open-minded people, and the cute dog is a serious plus!

Nothing in particular, had a great stay

Lovely stay at Sunset House (aptly named, lovely sunsets from the terrace). The bed was comfortable, the room spacious with a big desk, the kitchen was also spacious and the shower was huge! There is a shop walking distance with all the essentials, a hiking route up the mountain behind the house and paths to beaches (for more keen walkers). The host offered me a lift to nearby villages when I reliased there were no local buses on the weekends. I had a good time chatting and socialising with host and other guests over my stay.

Make a good note of bus times if you are going with public transport, and careful with Google maps: what might seem like a weekend service is more likely for next Monday!

it was very clean and cozy, also the kitchen is super good, you have dishwasher, oven, toaster and literally everything you need. also it has a very nice terrace with exceptional sunsets. and the host, Luca is very kind and welcoming.

Very good facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Terrace with nice views. Laundry room. Well stocked local shop 5 min walk. Very good host. Famara beach with it's stunning backdrop only a 10min drive. Good location middle of the island, it's a 40min drive to the northern or southern tip of the island.

Room door lock and blind need a bit of tlc/fix. If you haven't got a car there isn't much locally.

Luca, the owner, is great. He took us surfing and made paella. I enjoyed staying at his place. Great value for money!

The place is very cosy, with a lovely terrace where you can see a stunning sunrise and sunset! The name of the property is just perfect. Luca is a bright person and will definitely make you feel at home.

I'm sorry to write this but I did not enjoy my stay at this place. I booked 1 week there in hopes of spendind quiet vacation in a remote place of the Island, but in fact I couldn't really relax at the accommodation. The double room I booked was weirdly located - one window was facing a hallway and second window was facing another room with other people. I felt I didn't have a lot of privacy there because I could hear every noise from the kitchen and from the other room. It was not even dark in my room if someone decided to switch on the light in the hallway or other room. Also the door to my room didn't close properly unless it was closed with a key. I asked the host to change my room two times and he said he'll figure something out but he didn't do anything. Also I didn't like the behavior of other people in the house - whistling around the house, talking loudly in the morning or watching footbal on TV at night. One day there was also some kind of construction going on in the house, so it was additionally loud.

I had a perfect stay at Lucas house. My room was good and clean and the house had everything you need. Especially the rooftop was really nice to enjoy the sun and the beautiful landscape. Luca was a very friendly host and with him and his friends I could discover the Island and even learned a bit surfing. I would recommend the accommodation to everyone and would definitely come back! :)

Very, very clean house. A lot of space in the house, very well prepared room with table, chairs and wardrobe plus wifi connection very good! Huge tarasse and good kitchen! The owner very nice and helpful :) plus good price!

The 2 people bedroom is having windows inside the house only - one to garage and second to the staircase next to open kitchen and right next to dining table. The windows are not see through though! To keep air breathable windows need to be open, so you are kinda exposed for other habitants, especially in the morning if they wake before you and prepare breakfast. But for this quality of room, tidiness of the owner and space in the house plus the extra nice owner and the price- it's a small minus :)
