Never received refund for my deposit, despite leaving the property in a clean condition, contacted the property management regarding this and did not receive a response

we arrived to the apartment which was dirty, including dirty towels that were in the bathroom. stink from cigarettes, disgusting. out of order elevator to the fourth floor.

The apartment was very centric and i liked the vintage style decoration (lots of vinyl CDs around the living room!). Also they had a comfy sofa to watch Netflix!! So family cinema session <3 And there were two nice bathrooms. Wonderful!

It didn't have a lift, so be aware of this. Also the staff was very helpful but sometimes they were busy so better to pay the deposit in advance, if not they wont provide you any key (i guess it is fair, since they want to keep the apartment safe in this tiny town).

The property was exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean with everything you’d expect from an apartment stay plus extras.. the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathrooms was a lovely touch and there are some board games in the living area too. Check in was super easy and the beds are really comfortable. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of space without everyone being on top of eachother. The apartment is very well presented and the host was a phone call away and very helpful if we needed anything. I honestly can’t recommend this apartment enough, and would stay here again next time I’m in Bradford.
