It was close to where I needed to be
The dead roaches in the hall. Moreso, there wasn't any hot water

Their was a problem with someone entering my room which was an error by the staff. The property manager refused all of my calls and now I have an attorney because I didn’t feel safe

House keeping need to sweep floor. Was there for 4 days no floor was swept. Extra trash bags need to be left in trash cans.

the hot breakfast was very good. the front desk, housekeeping and general manager was amazing. they bent over backwards to accommodate us.....especially Ivante' front desk and Mrs April Gordon General manager whom i recommend get a raise

The staff was great, had a nice shower, and the bed was nice. Was a fast check-in after a long drive.
The first day, the microwave didn't work, so I couldn't heat anything up. The second day had the door lock did not want to let us in the door, which was inconvenient due to our luggage being in the room, and one of our IDs was in the room when we needed it.

The AC WAS set on 60 but it was like 78 in our room which caused me to get an upper respiratory infection

The staff was approachable.
The location lacked areas to which you could walk to eat. The room was lacking in its cleanliness as well as, the fixtures did not work. The shower would make this noise that would only stop if you changed the level from cold/ warm water to hot.

Didn't stay the canceled because booking.com overbooked the room. I am still waiting for a refund, but I was not able to call about the problem.

The room was very spacious and girl at front desk was very helpful.
Our tvs and remotes didn't work properly and when I woke up at 2:30am to go to the bathroom our living room area smelt really bad of pot. The bed is very firm and the pillows were too small and soft.

I would rate this hotel experience as quite disappointing. Despite informing the hotel's customer service in advance about our late arrival, they failed to accommodate us promptly upon check-in. Additionally, their ongoing audit led to us being assigned a different room, which was more expensive. Furthermore, we encountered issues with the bathroom door not closing properly, and the water in both the room and shower was consistently freezing. Overall, it was a frustrating stay with several inconveniences and discomforts.
