Ruhige lage, schönes gebäude (alte fabrik oder lagerhalle in backstein. Deckenhöhe 4-5 meter. Zimmer schön und schlicht. Boxspringbett. Parkplätze. Von der U-Bahnstation rathaus reinickendorf 15min zu fuss weg und nah am flughafen tegel. Geschäft (lidl) 4 gehminuten weg

Leider war die nachttischlampe kaputt, wurde aber nach beschwerde direkt ersetzt. Im gewerbegebiet recht abgeschieden, also für mich nicht zum touristischen aufenthalt geeignet. 45 min zum berlin hbf mit öffis. Rezeption war vor 8uhr und nach 21uhr nicht mehr zu sprechen. Im fernseher gingen nur öffentlich rechtliche, aber ich hab youtube über den tv code geschaut (das ging super). Bad etwas alt/abgenutzt aber sauber

The room was spacy and the bed was good to sleep in. No noise at all.

Flexible Ankunftszeiten, Abreise unkompliziert (Schlüssel in den Briefkasten am Haupteingang geworfen bei Abreise). Höflicher Empfang bei der Ankunft. Die Zimmer sind sauber und simpel aber modern eingerichtet. Die großen Fenster (Altbau) erzeugen ein wunderschönes Licht.

Hellhörigkeit, wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt an der Flurtür und sind nachts vom Türenschlagen wach geworden. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war mit meinem (ziemlich einfachen) Namen bei dem Einchecken überfordert. Aber er war sehr bemüht und hat schnell eine Lösung gefunden.

Location was about 100m away from training course site. Easy check out.

Reception was not always staffed, staff were gruff and not so welcoming, basic room and facilities though it did what it needed for the two nights. No room service or housekeeping. Vending machine for drinks and snacks.

Parking option at the property. Everything else was motel like and true to what was advertised

No airconditioning, but big windows keep air circulation on point. The property is located in a logistics park, so getting to it can be surprising also you have to walk to the main entrance to get a cab if you need it. A little far away from public transport.

Definitely the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Also friendly and helpful staff.

it was in the middle of an industrial complex, far from any place to get meals. North hing attractive in the surrounding area.

It was very clean and the check in was super easy. Shower was ok. The bed was rather narrow but very comfortable. The room is spacious enough to put your yoga mat on the floor if you want to. However, no armchair or anything comfortable to sit on. There is a really nice picknick/bbq area outside.

It was extremely poorly soundproofed. The walls were very thin and so every movement of any neighbour was clearly hearable. Earplugs is a must.

The location is not good

I was able to check in late and the host was very helpful and available to answer questions via message. The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfy. They ensured to book me into a room on a floor where not many people stayed because I'd asked for a quiet room.

It's quite a long walk to public transport. Also, the single bed is really small (it appears possibly less than 90cm width?) and I kept on worrying that I might fall out of bed (obviously I did not 😅) Also, the walls appear a bit thin as I was woken by a couple having fun in the room next to mine 😂 All in all it was a great experience staying here though and I'd definitely recommend which is why I'd still rate 10/10
