The rooms were really clean. The property is located near a train station. The host is increasingly nice and helpful. She answered any questions we had and ensured we are satisfied.

オーナーさんが優しかった。案内が丁寧だった。よく眠れた。 受験の前泊で利用させて頂きました。 チェックインの時間を間違え1時間以上早く到着してしまいましたが、親切に対応して下さりありがとうございました。（母）

どちらのインターフォンを押したら良いか少し迷った。

Spacious modern facilities in a great location close to the train station. The host Yumi was helpful and friendly.

It was a little bit difficult to find initially. There was a small sign that said 'Bell House' that was only visible when you walked up to rhe door.

娘の受験でうかがいました。 出来るだけ外食はしたくなかったので、夜は鍋料理を したくて鍋とカセットコンロをリクエストしたところ 親切にプライベートの物を貸して下さいました。 後は、12時のチェックアウトと聞いていたのですが、 最終日に面接が夕方からあり、次のお客様がおられないので時間まで過ごして下さいとおっしゃってくださったり、とても親切なオーナー様でした。

満室の為か、お風呂の下水に髪の毛がたまっていて水の流れが悪かった事

案内してくれた方がとてもチャーミングで分かりやすく説明してくれて好印象でした！あと、とにかく綺麗で清潔感あるし、ある材料なら使ってもいいとか最高すぎます！

Yumi our host is the heart and soul of this place. It really felt like you were at home. Her generosity and knowledge of the area were amazing. It was a little bit out of Tokyo the city but we found ourselves this devine little district with the best walking street with great food only a short walk away. Very close to 2 tran stations. Her directions were excellent. I will stay here again for sure. Also the beds are so comfortable I slept like a baby. Thank you Yumi for you wonderful hospitality and all the yummy food 🥰
