The property was well kept and had fantastic views. We had a great time utilizing the pool and hot tub as well as enjoyed the surrounding area. There is a walking / running trail close by and we were close enough to town in case we needed something. A wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Santa Rosa retreat - using it as a launch pad to Sonoma and Napa wineries each day for 3 couples. How sweet it was to return at night to the soothing comforts of this home. All beds were so comfortable and inviting. The artwork around the home is interesting and unique. The pool with retracting solar cover and the hot tub were clean and easy to use. The dry sauna was so relaxing and a great way to truly absorb the therapeutic effects of wine country. It was nice to have condiments and coffee stocked in the home to save us extra trips into Santa Rosa for these necessities. We saw beautiful deer around the property every day which added to the whole experience. Jefferson was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Just a few comments on this 5-star property - none of which detracted from our stay but that are meant to help the owners keep this a showpiece rental. 1) there was a fully popped bag of microwave popcorn on the front stoop at check in (not sure why???? For the deer? We threw it away); 2) the home has tall ceilings in the great room that are stunningly beautiful. But this also means it has to be dusted occasionally- the gorgeous wooden piece over the mantle of the living room fireplace had cobwebs and dust all over it. 3) this home is large enough to host 4 couples, each having their own bathroom. However 2 couples should be prepared to either share a bathroom - or walk a ways to enjoy their own private bathroom.

The online photos of this gorgeous home are spot on. It is truly a wonderful home with spectacular views. We swam during the day and enjoyed a family afternoon gathering. At night, we enjoyed the hot tub, a glass of wine, and the views. The host was responsive and lovely. Looking forward to staying here again.

We celebrated a few big birthdays and a big wedding anniversary. The house did not disappoint. The views are spectacular, very spacious home, every amenity you could imagine, lots of wildlife around the house, large deck and an amazing pool.

We were a family of 8 adults traveling with 2 infants, 15 months and 2 months, to celebrate an anniversary and a birthday. The property was amazing. We spent our days down by the pool, which was just a perfect temperature and the baja shelf was perfect for our grandson. Early mornings and evenings were spent on the upper deck where there is a fire pit for comfort on a cooler evening. The home has several lap blankets to use too. The house was sufficiently well equipped with basic condiments and spices, along with some refrigerated items. The ice production did not quite meet our demand, but we are kind of use to that on family vacations where a lot of beverages are consumed. The neighborhood was peaceful. We hired 2 personal chefs during our stay. Cheftompace.com for a mixed bbq grill dinner and threedcatering.com for wood fired pizza dinner. I highly recommend both services. We just loved that this home was about 90 minutes from each of our 4 family homes in the Bay Area- so easy for a quick getaway.

Enjoyed the open and spacious floor plan that was beautifully decorated. Certainly felt like vacation sitting in the hot tub overlooking the mountains. Highly recommend this gem

This home is a jewel setting in Santa Rosa with panoramic views on a hilltop with quiet neighbors and all top shelf accommodations including four bedrooms; a large dining room table and patio table, pool, hot tub, BBQ, and firepit; also a fully appointed kitchen. The owner went out of his way to be flexible and see to it that all was good. We highly recommend Jefferson's beautiful home to all.

Our overall experience was great. Tons of amenities and fully stocked with all that you’d need for a week or more stay. The views off the deck were awesome. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the Santa Rosa area.

The house was very large and accommodating. The view off the back deck was stunning. We enjoyed the hot tub. A deer visited us in the backyard. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you!

I cannot believe that this property is REAL! Every single detail of this house was thought of with care, from the dishes and cookware that make you feel like you’re in a luxury home instead of a rental to the soft bath towels! This house had everything and more than our group could have wanted. I would recommend this property to absolutely anyone. And the views were absolutely breathtaking.
