First and foremost, the desk clerk was phenomenal!!! She was very attentive and worked quickly to get everyone checked in. She made sure to offer extra towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The room was sooooooo nice!!!!! From the walk-in shower, the bed, the room itself, I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Even though my stay was due to a loss of power from the storms, I would most definitely stay again!!!!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was good. it still felt ‘new!’ The extra seating in the room with a couch, two chairs, and two ottomans was a plus. We will definite stay again.

The handicap park close to the door was very limited. I often had to drop my husband off and park up the hill.

There was no protection from the rain.to check in. Parking is too far away from vehicles. There was too much noise from the Above floor! Not enough insulation kn ceiling

On the day of check-in, I was told they were overbooked, and our stay was canceled. So I started to look for other accommodations because I was participating in a tournament in the area. Unfortunately, everywhere was booked because of other events happening. So, I decided to drive back and forth for the tournament, but I got a notification around 11 pm that a charge was being processed for this property after being told they were no rooms. This was a massive issue for me. Once I arrived, it was midnight, and I was told it was not policy to update anyone if the property had a room available after being told my reservation was being canceled due to being overbooked. Then Saturday, we had to vacate another holiday inn due to plumbing issues and were told it would just be a switch from one place to the next. Once I arrived, the staff at the following location seemed confused about why a hotel guest from one property was being transferred to the next. Still, I spoke with Annie, the Sales Director, and she explained everything and was very accommodating and apologetic.
