We loved that it was very warm and welcoming, close to shops and water front and the hosts were very lovely people, welcoming, friendly and vey approachable.

There was nothing not to like about the property

The home was beautiful and very spacious with TVs in all 3 bedrooms, it had everything even a BBQ to enjoy. And the location was absolutely amazing, the beach's were breathtaking and you had plenty shopping precincts just a short drive away. Thank you Marie and Troy for the treats and a lovely stay in your beautiful home 😍

The Hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and accommodating. Extra little things like cereal, milk, variety of teas and coffee, filtered water were all waiting for us. Even sauces, cooking oils, salt / pepper. I will certainly look at this property again on a return visit.

A range of breakfast cereal to choose from, fresh milk and a range of tea and coffee options. Very comfortable beds and a pleasant surprise to have a TV in each bedroom. The loungeroom upstairs was spacious and furniture comfortable. Troy and Marie were very friendly and approachable. Troy let us know that the Chromecast on the Lounge TV wasn't working, but that didn't affect our stay. I will recommend Surfmist to friends and family.

A radio or TV downstairs in the kitchen/dining area would be an improvement, as I worried about spilling my cup of tea carrying it upstairs to watch the morning news.

This is a fantastic place to stay and we cannot recommend highly enough, if you are planning on staying for a night or two - stay longer. If your coming for a week - stay for two! The accomodation is first rate, the bedrooms are all generous doubles, a lovely lounge area with balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. All the little touches the hosts supplied were very welcome and make arrival just that little bit extra special. The location was perfect for us staying with 2 children, beaches on either side only a 2 minute walk and easy transport links both north and south. As for the hosts, well we do not have the words to fully convey our feelings and gratitude for them. From accepting four very tired travellers 5 hours earlier than expected, to the support, love and care they showed for us through a truly unexpected event during our stay. Marie and Troy were amazing in every regard. We cannot recommend staying here highly enough. The accommodation is second to none and the hosts are truly amazing.

The location was fantastic. Collecting the the keys from the locked box is easy.
