Great rooms and facilities. Perfect for any kind of stay. Like a home away from home. Room was a bit cold though and despite my best efforts I couldn’t get it to warm up using the aircon control panel.

Lovely stay, very comfy bed. Only moan was that we could hear water flushing through the soil pipe. It would have been better if this had been insulated as it kept waking us up.

Had a great stay. Room was very clean. Great space, comfortable bed. Excellent value. Good range of food for the breakfast. Could do with 2 coffee machines as the only negative was queuing to make your drink. Staff were very polite and very helpful.

Nice aparthotel close to train station and within walking distance of the beach and most amenities. Room was well designed with compact and well equipped kitchenette Laundry and other facilities available and a good breakfast is included in the room price.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included and tasty. The front desk has a kiosk that stocks essentials as well as snacks for a late night binge. The building across is under renovation so the view is temporarily surrounded by scaffolding. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay!

Liked that dining options were easily accessable form wlaking form the hotel and the train station is 2 minutes walk away

We stay in Brighton many times a year to visit our daughter. Staybridge was a shock in the poor, low end quality of the roof, for £300 per night ! Shocking overpriced facility, backing onto the station in an area of drug dealing on a dead end street. Really,sparse,small suite and we paid for the best suite in the hotel! No room cleaning while we were there and we had to ask for a towel change...a miserable experienceThere are far better choices for much better value, I recommend avoiding this property

Hotel was smart, modern decor in the room and reception area. Lovely modern bathroom and convenient kitchen area in room, bed very comfy. Only negatives although very minor were one of the bedside lamps didn’t work & the microwave display board and another utility was bright during the night (found ways to cover it up though). Would visit again as only a 20min walk to town & parking 10 mins away on London road.

Staff very helpful

The hotel and its location is great. Parking was cheaper at the Sainsbury’s underground using Your Parking Space. It was a 2 minute walk to the hotel. Check in/out was easy. The room was modern and clean with good utensils in the mini kitchen. The cleaning service was non-existent. We asked for our room to be cleaned on the second day as there was no door sign to put out to indicate this. We told reception as we were leaving to go out for the day at around 11am. They took our room number down and said a cleaner would tidy the room and replenish the towels. When we came back to our room that evening, the request was not fulfilled. The room was not turned over and no fresh towels given. Breakfast was limited but standard got a b&b. Good for the rate included in the room price. Overall it was a clean and safe hotel. Just standards for room cleaning need to be improved.

We loved the Staybridge Suites in Brighton, really cannot fault any aspect of this place which is so rare! It's an excellent location close to the train station and North Laine for shopping and still handy for getting to the seafront. The suite was really comfortable and quiet (corner suite) and the shower worked perfectly (a relief as some other reviewers had flooding issues). The kitchen area was decent, so handy to have a fridge and it was really well equipped if you wanted to eat in at all. The breakfast at Staybridge Suites was great too. The best of both worlds. Will definitely book to stay here again.

Modern, clean, smart and handy for exploring Brighton … great facilities in the room and a nice hard mattress …

I had to take pictures of untensils as they where full off dust and you can tell they have not been clean in a while. Then we could not use are fridge as it keepet setting of the fuse and we was left 24 hours before it got fixed and are food went off. For the money we paid it was so not worth the money. We left very disappointed.

The hotel its self is great. Breakfast had enough choice for everyone, staff all friendly, pillows super soft - probably the best pillows we’ve slept on. Fantastic walk in shower, The games room, small gym and laundry room all fab. But sadly the bed was so so hard myself and my husband had the worst 4 nights sleep ever. Purely based on the bed alone, we would not stay at this hotel again. But that said if you like a really hard bed then it’s perfect for you.

The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation out by. Breakfast is wonderful as you have got a little bit of everything included. Hash browns, sausage, bacon, omelette, tomato, boiled eggs, cereals, fruits, yogurts, croissants, juices, teas and coffees. Lots of variety to select from. Would be happy to return here once again!

This is the second time I’ve come to Brighton and booked at Staybridge. It’s conveniently located next the train station from Gatwick airport and steps away from the North Lanes. We even enjoy the pool table downstairs for a bit of fun. It’s clean and modern and it seems the breakfast buffet has been improved even since last year.
