It was nice and clean and warm

Dirty pillow cases, stains on sheets, bugs on the curtains, missing light bulbs, phone wouldn't work even though it was plugged it and toilet wouldn't flush so we had to ask for a plunger.

We didn’t get there until around 9pm and left before 7am so not much to say.

Hotel was run down, and not clean. We ended up leaving to stay elsewhere. Guy at the front desk was great, but other that that, it was bad.

The Hotel was dirty in every aspect; the lobby was dirt and never vacuumed. the hallways the same. My room was a mess, the pix with the dirty towel was from cleaning aa shelf in the room, paint chipping through out the room, I had to ask the room to be clean 3 times. I do not recommend this place for any one to stay. And will never stay at this place, I truely beleive La Quinta should remove thier franchise and remove thier name from this place.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Drove from Denver for a cross country move and to say i was disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. Food left on the floor, stains one bedding and someones dirty laundry if I wasnt so exhausted from driving 14+ hours i would have left. Do not stay here it is not worth the money

Advertised as smoke free, hallway smelled like pot and room smelled mildly of cigarettes. Carpet was dirty. There were cleaning supplies left in room. Shower curtain was nasty. Stairwell carpet was covered with cereal. Key cards had to be reset 3 times in a two night stay.

King size bed was great, but the pull out sofa bed was broken and unsafe for my son to sleep on.

The bathroom was so rundown you couldn’t tell if it was clean or dirty. If my spouse was with me we wouldn’t have stayed here, it was bad.

Loved the staff. The hotel clerk was super nice and friendly. She offered my little one a bag of chips to help soothe her. Friendly and polite. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Good for the money. Pool was open. Breakfast was limited but at least hot. Beds were comfortable and staff were very nice.

Interesting experience, had to pay $ 100 deposit to make sure I did not ruin my room which I did cash.( I do not want deposits on my CC when traveling) Next morning at checkout the clerk went upstairs to check my room and I got my $ 100 back. Great breakfast and good coffee.

The cleanliness of the room was acceptable,not great. The rest of the common areas and halls were filthy. Our room smelled like Indian curry. There was only one tiny bar of soap at the sink with a tint shampoo. There was no soap or conditioner in the shower, no coffee cups for the kuerig and only one pod.

I was shocked this hotel displays the La Quinta name. There is water damage to room
Furniture that needs replaced. The floors were very dirty and common areas even worse. The pool was so dirty and overall a lack of care to the facilities (baseboards falling off). There was one towel in the bathroom and reluctance to provide more. Breakfast had limited options and looked terrible. We won’t stay here again.

The building has a horrific cockroach infestation and the staff acted like it was a normal to live with cockroaches. I will never stay at that facility again

It was so bad I didn't even put my luggage down. Had to rebook around with the Marriott. Front desk was very understanding and refunded my money.

This was not a good hotel for me to live in. The tv was too dark and there was not a way to change the contrast or brightness on the tv. The man that was working the front desk stated it was the tv channels and it wasn’t. We could barely watch it. Asked multiple times if someone can come replace the chair in the room since it was filthy dirty. No one came besides two people that don’t speak English and couldn’t help. No one ever came to get the trash out of the rooms either. I don’t say everything that bothered me because I’ll be typing all day but these are some of the things that I didn’t like.

Accessible room had a bathtub that was inaccessible. The tv menu and channels were not synced. Breakfast egg
container was empty, and we had to go to the front desk to get spoons, because no one was attending to the breakfast room.

According to the reviews on Hotels.com, La Quinta has a 78 rating so i chose that hotel. I wish i would have checked out the room before purchasing it for 4 nights for my mother. She only ended up staying 3 nights at the hotel due to the conditions. I was not given refund for unused night. I will upload pictures but the curtains were a dingy brown color, stiff and old feeling. There was finger prints on the bed spread. The wall had chipping paint. The toilet had rust in the toilet bowl. The dresser had large gouges in the wood. Breakfast was served later than the times listed and was very sparse. When the breakfast was served mother was treated rudely. The shower door did not completely close. I tried to upload pictures but the option would not work.

When I arrived at 4:00 our rooms were not ready, mind you check in time was 3:00. The hotel smelted like cigarette smoke throughout the hallways and lobby. The furniture in the lobby and rooms was HORRIBLE! This hotel should be closed down for immediate remodeling!

The room we stayed in had stains on the curtains and stains on the couch and stains on the desk chair. There was what looks like black mold around the bottom of the shower. The shower door wouldn't stay closed without wedging something in between the roller to keep it closed. The pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom and I believe it was only like 4 ft deep. The breakfast was what you would have expected and the staff was actually nice but the place needs some cleaning up for $150 a night.

When I arrived, the clerk was getting high in the parking lot. The breakfast was so poor looking that I would not allow my son to eat it. It was dingy with paint peeling and worn out chairs.

This place was not well maintained and still had trash from the last people in room! I will never stay at this hotel and don’t recommend it! The air unit was full of trash which made me keep ac of cause stuff flew out also there were blood stains on blankets!
