Amazing! Stayed for my 30th. Staff is very attentive, they text to check on things, deliver breakfast every morning with options of things to do. Room was very nice and clean. Walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Only downfall is all of the steps and walking up the hill. But everything else was great. Ben at the bar was very helpful as well. Will def stay again.

This property was absolutely stunning. The attention to detail both inside of the rooms and around the property really took my breath away. The restaurant on the premises called El Barsito had some GREAT food and the drinks were also made well. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. If you’re going to St. Thomas this is the place to stay.

The true definition of “hidden gem!” Unassuming from outside the gate, you are transported to another world as you pass through the threshold; a lush, serene paradise. It’s all uphill from here, literally. It’s a short hike up to the reception desk but, have no fear, the staff will not only carry your bags to the top but also deliver them to your room. The rooms (and entire property) are expertly decorated. The rooms are luxurious and many have an open air bathtub and extras if your stay is to celebrate something special. We were welcomed with a complementary glass of sparkling rosé that we enjoyed on our pool swings. The restaurant and bar are just off the pool and provide fantastic food and drink options as you soak in the picturesque view of the bay. As if it couldn’t get any better, your breakfast and coffee is delivered via picnic basket (yes, that’s right) to your door. An amazing hidden spot to stay. We will absolutely be back next time we are coming through the Virgin Islands.

Absolute 10/10. Service and staff went above and beyond. The whole ambiance was relaxing and they really did their best to pamper you. Great food at the restaurant which is right next to the pool and in the morning they bring your breakfast to your doorstep. We even stayed an extra night. Only downside is it's up on a hill and hard to find. But that's a knock on the place at all.

the property was ok however getting to the property was terrible. flooring in the room had some type of white dust and material over the flooring. i used black socks and it was completely covered every time I stepped on the floor

The stay was great and the service was excellent. We appreciated the breakfast being brought to the room, and the amenities. My only complaint was the lack of hot water in the shower. Everything was great.

Amazing experience. Beautiful property

Our 7 day stay at the Pink Palm was quite delightful. We were well taken care of and accommodated. The restaurant was lovely with various options for lunch and dinner. The staff were respectful and kind. Overall, beautiful stay with a beautiful view close to downtown. We will definitely be back.

A lot of stairs.

The place was nice but It was hectic going in and out of the hotel. Pool was extremely small. Room was much smaller than I expected since I booked specifically based on pictures online. No elevator so be aware there’s a hill you have to walk up because taxis won’t take you to the door and a million steps once you get in.

Everything was clean and the staff was very professional.

Very cool little hotel. The location is hilly, so you’ll have to walk up some steps, but they’ll grab your bags. Overall super friendly staff, clean, good restaurant, and great views of the city and bay.

The property is on a steep hill behind a house lined street. You get lost in a tropical oasis once you open the door and walk up the steps. The only thing I did not like were the mosquitoes.

Great boutique style hotel. Only issue is although it is an adult hotel, the amenities are not open late. Otherwise everything is just like pictures.

Hospitality was amazing; staff was very friendly and accommodating especially Jessie. The room was cute, but small. It is challenging getting to the property. The taxis will not take you to the door and the street is very steep. Carrying luggage to the door is a task. I wanted to love the hotel but water kept seeping through the floor of our room and everything on the floor was sopping wet and not just a little. We tried to speak to the manager, but they were not in. The receptionist said the manager would reach out to us, but never did. The room situation is unacceptable for the price we paid for it.

After sitting on the plane on the tarmac for nearly three hours, our St Thomas - Miami American Airlines flight was canceled late last night. The majority of passengers on the full flight were scrambling to find accommodation and luckily we managed to get a booking at the Pink Palm Hotel in Charlotte Amalie’s historical district. At around 9:15PM we arrived drenched from the torrential rain, absolutely exhausted. Oh my goodness, what incredible service we received from the fabulous Team at the Pink Palm. They went beyond the call of duty organising a delicious dinner even though the kitchen was closing, sorting out a taxi for our early morning departure, helping with another hotel booking that needed to be cancelled, quickly making breakfast for us to take to the airport the next morning (even putting our take-out in our bedroom fridge while we were at dinner), and then following up this morning with all that had been organised the previous night for our early exit. The service and attention to detail we received from this friendly boutique hotel is the best we’ve ever received. Thank you Pink Palm Team for helping make our potentially awful evening into such a fun, memorable one. We highly recommend this happy, stylish boutique hotel.

This was a beautiful hotel, great staff. However, TERRIBLE location, no taxi wanted to go up the mountain. so be prepared to walk up steep hill. Also food was great but limited-time. Could not request what you wanted to eat only what they had on the menu.

Gorgeous hotel!

This property is gorgeous! Staff was very helpful and kind. Helped with taxi services and the complimentary breakfast (although very simple) was a nice touch each morning. The views are amazing here and the pool was very clean. The hot tub was not hot, however, and had a weird smell so we avoided that area. The property is situated high up so there are a lot of steps - definitely not meant for those who aren't open to leg day every day. We would absolutely book here again!

Everyone were so kind and helpful. We felt at home. Very clean. The picnic breakfast was a delight touch. Beautiful views. Thank you for a relaxing experience. We will return!
