We had a lovely and comfortable stay with our group of 8 people. The host is friendly and quick to reply if you have any questions. Manchester city centre is easy to reach by taxi or public transport.

very clean and well equipped beds and rooms very comfortable good location ,man city ground down the road close to food shops , walking distance

there was no dishwasher bit noisey as tram line , however not too bad overnight as they stop at certain time

I must say this is best property I ever stayed through booking.com, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . The property is so well maintained, clean and has TV in every room. Even the kitchen is full with all the essentials and has few supermarkets on walking distance. It exactly based in heart of the city, very feasible to around the city. Peaceful place to spend your quality time. On top of everything the landlord is very helpful and active all the time.

Beds were comfortable. Bedding felt luxury. Bathrooms were clean and upstairs shower worked well. Spacious rooms. Good transport links into Manchester. Good toiletries provided. Able to park outside the house easily.

Right on the main road so metro woke us early. - this was not clear in the advert. No plug in kitchen sink or washing up bowl. Kitchen sink did not drain properly so my husband had to unclog it. Couldn't get shower downstairs working. Sensor to do with smoke alarm regular beeping was very irritating. Kitchen inadequately stocked for large family gathering - no large frying pan, no large baking trays, no serving bowls. Kitchen plates and bowls had food splatterings from previous visitors presumably. - had to wash everything before using. Small baking trays were greasy and needed washing. House is advertised as supplying towels but only given 6 for 9 people. Downstairs is quite echo- ey and could do with a rug or carpet to absorb noise. Not enough kitchen table chairs for everyone. Shower mats and hand towels would have been useful. Radiator in downstairs bathroom is leaking, creating a small puddle.

A very beautiful house located very close to town centre and very close to the Etihad stadium. The property is very spacious and has all necessary utilities . Tvs in every room and WiFi was very fast. I loved that it was spotless clean. I would definitely return soon. Thanks to the host, Abdul, for the hospitality.

nothing - everything was perfect

The size of the house, huge and perfect! So many beds & rooms & beautifully decorated. Only a short drive from the Trafford Centre and in between both stadiums. Ample room for the 4 of us. The TVs in every room bedroom were great for the kids! And the preprogrammed Netflix etc. was a bonus.

Some areas could of been cleaned better i.e. bedding and toilets.
