6/10 Overall experience was pleasant, the first step into the unit was nice and comfortable with the a/c and lighting already turned on, visible that the room has been cleaned beforehand with all amenities prepared.

However, there were some downsides that made us lower the ratings for our stay. -2 stars: the website stated rm15 parking per stay upon request on site, however we were only informed after booking that it was actually rm15 per night, so we had to pay an extra rm30 for 3 days even though it was half days for first and last day of our stay too -2 stars: Despite initial impressions of the hygiene and cleanliness of the unit was good, but tiny cockroaches started pestering around after a short while. We were fine with a few but we actually had to cleaned up more than we could count, we truly suggest the owner to put some repellants and do regular cleanups to prevent the unit from being vacant long periods and allow pests to linger

Pool is temporarily closed due to construction. I was so frustrated. Your management should notify the customer earlier so that we can plan our staycation later. The room that we booked do not have the curtain. I was unhappy about it.

Dirty, not maintained, bed sheets had stains, cleaning was done last minute. Do not stay here.

The place is pretty, got swimming pool. The mart is near and open till late night.

I found many coakcoraches in bedrooms and living room. The lift is too slow.

Toilet is dirty, no basic toiletries. Check in process not smooth and not clear Extra charges for parking

Liked the swimming pool and the jaccuzi the area is quite the rooms were ok

entrance is so confusing and so stressful to go to the property. theres no proper signage Linen and pillow had women's perfume stuck in it not washed properly or not washed at all after the last guest

Spacious area at living hall for gathering family. have basic amenities like fridge, kettle, microwave. should install the coway water filter so tenant can easily drink despite of needed to bring own mineral water.

there’s not enough mat for bathroom. bedroom and kirchen floor tend to be wet when coming out from bathroom. no side table, mirror in the bedroomz tv doesnt works well. unable to watch netflix owner need put bigger iron board.
