My favorite part of the property was the customer service we received from Osman. He was amazing. He worked with us and stayed up very late (almost 2AM) to make sure we made it to the apartment safely after our original flight was cancelled, which caused all sorts of issues, such as missed rental car, lost luggage, etc. We stayed at the apartment with the terrace which is big and has two tables, 4 chairs, and two lounge chairs. The property was in a nice location for those with cars. The best and most popular parts of the city are easily reachable in less than a 15 minute drive.

There is no lift/elevator which made carrying the heavy bags a challenge, so we decided to leave the heaviest pieces in the car. There was no issue though, which speaks to the safety of the area.

Host was very easy to contact and readily available, wanted to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. AMAZING value for money.

Bed was a little hard, but the standard varies accross countries so not a negative, just personal. The floor could've been cleaned a little better before arrival.

property is deceiving small compared to the pictures. cheap furnishings. location is near a main road so very noisy at all times and getting an UBER or taxi is virtually impossible. The toilet stank like a drain, and one night we had a crazy women banging on our door for 20 minutes until I lost my rag and told her to sling her hook. bedroom you could not swing a mouse let alone a cat. we booked a month in advance and said we would be arriving early due to our flight time 730am, we then had to wait until mid afternoon to gain access. Not good value, for 500 odd pound for a week you are better off going to a hotel, which will be a whole lot more convenient. On a positive note, Osman was great and very helpful, I give him personally 5 stars as he did his best to make our stay comfortable.

The apartment felt like home, we had so much privacy, there were everything we needed, and the bed was perfect, extremely soft and fluffy. Osman, the host, was super friendly and helpful! There is a short way to the beach from there, you can buy everything you need at migros nearby and go to the mall terracity very fast by bus. There is also a nice shishabar with live music nearby and a cute aminka coffeshop with the nicest staff, they helped us organise the buggy safari)

The apartment is clean and cozy. There is a division into sleeping and guest areas. There is a balcony and all necessary appliances - iron, washing machine, dishwasher, two air conditioners. Grocery stores are within walking distance, Lara beach is nearby.

Not a convenient location for people without a car, there are no restaurants, cafes and walking places around.

The host was exceptionally helpful from the minute we arrived, he helped out so many times and went above and beyond our expectations! Whenever we needed anything even if it wasn’t related to the property he was a wots app message away, responded really fast and helped out no matter what time it was. Honestly, my friend and I really loved how he went above and beyond for us no matter what we needed. Osman was a perfect host and if I ever come back i would do so because of the fantastic experience and support I received. My friend and I can’t fault anything about the service. Trust me our trip was made so much more stress free and memorable because of the service we got. I would recommend the property in a heartbeat, you won’t be disappointed.

Honestly, nothing at all. Everything about the property was spot on. I genuinely cannot find fault. We would come back to a very great environment to chill and kick back from a long day of either adventure and soaking in the culture.

Totally new apartment, comfortable bad, good shower. kitchen was tiny, but fully equipped. Quiet neighbourhood.

very quick service, very kind staff. check-in was easy, entrance is very practical. car parking is convenient and free on site.
