Well located for me to attend an event in NEC. Big room

Maybe doors are old so noiseless.

All the facilities, although I didn't use them because I only slept there. But they were fantastic. Pub in 5 minute walk. 20 minute drive from N.E.C

Toilet has bad staining. Curtain pole broken. Worried it may fall down when I draw and opened the curtains

The host was great and waited for me to check in later than the original times and the room had all the facilities that I needed, it was a great location in between the city and NEC where I needed to travel to for an event.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, although I wasn't sure about the checking out process as no one was around to take my keys so I just locked the room and left the keys in the room door.

Location was a bit far from town centre. Took us 30 mins by bus and passed by rough area. But not really a big deal.

Asif, at Reach Guest House was east to communicate with. He provided me with all the information I needed and showed me around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is as comfortable as bathroom. Location is incredible with ample parking space with CCTV at the property

Everything about this place, especially the fact that I was upgraded to a double room free of charge. The accommodation did exceeded my expectations. Complementary tea, coffee, cookies and bottled water. Great value for money!

Great location for what we needed and walking distance to several pubs

Shower arm holder not the best so unable to alter the angle very easily, this being a small shower cubicle. TV in a random position for the bed but already pointed out by host, not an issue for us on this occasion as not there to watch it.

Asif the owner was very accommodating, the distance from NEC was good for us , off road parking and good basic budget room for a night. room was clean and comfortable.

could have done with a bin and the WiFi was not available in our room (5) otherwise all was good for the cost.

The property was recently refurbished/renovated. My room was clean and comfortable. Lovely toiletries and plenty of towels. There was free parking at the property with CCTV. Plenty of convenient shared spaces at the property with laundry facilities / kitchen with full cooking facilities / lounge space / dining areas with tables & chairs.

There was no WiFi and the HUGE TV in my room hadn’t been set up or connected to any WiFi so I couldn’t enjoy the television.

Over all very good experience. Host is very nice, cooperative and accommodative.

Cheap and with good access to Birmingham Airport. Comfortable bed. Off street parking.

The Host Asif is so friendly and accommodating he can’t do enough for you it has a real home feel and has areas for you to relax and eat, and if you lucky he will make you a cuppa. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a large smart Tv Would suit for a leisure break or contractors looking for a Monday to Friday home
