Für eine Nacht habe ich in dem sehr schlicht eingerichteten alten Zimmerchen alles vorgefunden was ich brauche. Das Bett war für mich bequem, die Matratze genau die richtige Härte. Zentrum und Bahnhof sind in 5 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Da es im Rösli keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit gibt, und ich am nächsten morgen bereits früh beruflich eingespannt war, trank ich im nahegelegenen „Le Chapeau“ einen leckeren Cappuccino.

Ich hätte einen Hocker beim kleinen Tisch gut nutzen können!!

The location in Luzern was very good, near the lake and in the middle of the old city centre.

Room number 612 should not have been applicable for reservation in the first place. Douch cabin was dangerous, because of one sliding door derailed and the other completely missing. The attached part of the lid of the toilet was broken and the plug of the sink was out of order. You had to pull it with your fingers to open it and release the water in the basin. Sleazy curtains, no other cover for the window and very bad mattresses, which should be renewed immediately. We order double bed but offered a twin-bedded room. As both of us are working in the airline industry, China Airlines and one used to work for KLM, staying at many different accommodations all over the world, this one was by far the worst experience stay ever. NO VALUE for Money / Reimbursement should be the only appropriate way to cover it. We have mentioned it at the front desk, but the lady could only write down the lack of maintenance, saying sorry and asking if we had a pleasant stay..(?)

The central location of this lovely wee guest house was great, so handy for everything. The room was nice. The pool was great. The staff were lovely and really helpful.

Air conditioning would have been a bonus. Although there was a ceiling fan and plug in fan which was helpful.
