Location was close enough to walk to football game. It worked out nice to share the home with another pair of parents - which made it more affordable on a football and UF parents weekend. Pool was great to cool off, and is long enough for laps.

After booking, I received a note that the pool would be under maintenance. After communicating that this should have been disclosed in the listing, I was asked to wait a few days to see if it would be completed prior to our arrival. If not ready, we could cancel and receive a full refund. We were told that the maintenance would be complete prior to our check in date. When we arrived, the pool had not been touched, there was scum, leaves and twigs all over the bottom. Very disappointing. When we turned on the pump, there was a leak. Pictures were sent to the property manager, and a tech was supposed to come out that afternoon. No one ever showed up. My husband spent between 4 and 5 hours over several days trying to clean up the scum so that the grandkids could get in the pool. The afternoon of our last day, they got in for a couple of hours. I communicated that the pool had not been taken care of as promised, and that I felt a refund was in order. The property manager apologized for the inconvenience and said she would get back with me. That was 5 days ago, and I've heard nothing. So, here is my honest review. I felt that the promise of the pool being ready was definitely not kept, and was a deal breaker. Very disappointing. We were happy with the inside of the house, the well-stocked coffee bar, numerous sofas, and places to dine. It was very clean. There was a nice book with information about what to do in the area, and the check-out procedure was very easy.

Place looked good. Interior well kept. Well stocked. AC kept up with the 95 degrees outside. Only disappointment was the pool cant be used and not in the listing. Found out in a message immediately after booking. Needs serious cleaning.

I rented this place for my cousin and her kids to stay while we were all in town for her mom’s memorial. It has such unique charm from gorgeous wooden floors and furniture, quiet and relaxing space inside and outside, and just really comfortable and quiet which is what my cousin needed during this time. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable! Great location

Location was great, quiet and lots of room. Lots of parking. House clean and had all that was needed. The yard had not been cut and everyone had to track through high grass and weeds and there was not really a place to walk other than that, pool had not been cleaned in a long time and full of leaves.
