Brand New Stylish Getaway house in the Heart of Aggieland!

The location map was incorrect and showed the property near the intersection of Texas and University. When I received the actual address it was no where near that location. The property description “located in the heart of Aggieland” is not accurate either IMO. The map problem was VBROs which they quickly fixed after I brought it to their attention. Owner refused to refund/cancel booking saying it was not their fault. It was not convinient for our plans so we just booked other accommodations.
I just gave neutral rankings to the elements I did not see/experience b/c VRBO required a ranking.

Clean quiet neighborhood
House could use some extra amenities like Kleenex, more towels, kitchen towels. But very nice and enjoyed our stay would go back!

We were in College Station for a wedding and needed a place for our family to stay. The house is new, super clean, and has everything you would need. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed and the host is great. Kellie is very responsive and had everything set for us.
Highly recommend if you’re coming to College Station.

We visited College Statiob to visit our family for the Easter weekend. This home was perfect for us. It was welcoming, beautifully decorated and, at the same time, was warm and welcoming. This property was perfect for our weekend stay in College Station. It's a brand new home, in a great neighborhood, with comfortable beds, linens, and towels. Easy drive to the A&M campus and restaurants. It was exactly as advertised; it'll be our first choice next time our family of 4 is in CS.

Lovely home for our family for game weekend!

We checked in on Friday afternoon after we moved our daughter into her new apartment.The home was beautifully decorated and it had everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if its available.
The only down side which wasn't a deal breaker was that the A/C was set to 80 degrees and no ceiling fans were on. It was triple digits and it just took a while for the house to cool to a decent temp. But again everything else made up for that. You won’t be disappointed in your stay here.

This is a great property! Cute house, comfy beds, lovely shower. The neighborhood was easy to get into and out of. Quiet neighborhood. Easy come and go. Owners were very concerned if we needed anything but we didn’t while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!! The only thing I would make a note of is that this house is on the southern end of CS before the bypass split (coming from Houston) and not in the middle of CS close to the campus like I thought it was from the map on the listing. But it’s a great location

This was our second time staying in this lovely home when we had events at Texas A&M. The house is brand new and is located in a new development about 6 miles from campus. We hope to be back!
