Very very basic hotel with outdated rooms, we only stayed overnight. Breakfast same very basic.

Absolutely nothing. I don't know who gave this good reviews. II stayed here because it was close to a relative.
And the train was close Since I did not drive.
The hotel is right next to the train tracks. So you hear the train all night land if the train is not running you here, cars going over the rails. Staff leaves every afternoon for the night, So there is no one there. No air conditioning, No fridge, The t v screen is basically a computer monitor With only a few channels.
There is a indian restaurant, And grocery store behind in the parking lot. Absolutely nothing else within walking distance. As soon as the sun comes up the room heats up terribly. Unlivable conditions and did not feel safe at all.
Finally had to book a different hotel And lose the money I paid since It Was non refundable even under the circumstances.

I was a place with beds i guess.
Never have we slept so bad. And we are not picky sleepers! We got transfered to another hotel wich had awfull pillow and the air in the room was dense as tar.

Awful customer service! Absolutely dreadful and would never want to go again! The main doors to the hotel locked up after 11pm with no one at the reception. We had to call them via phone to say we can’t get in because the key/card detector was defective. They took 15/20 minutes to get to the hotel to open the door and spoke in a haughty tone with no apologies. Disgraceful!

The hotel room is big i was really impressed. Comfortable bed, very clean from the room to toilet. 1min to train station and very close to supermarkets.
Only carpet looks old.

We were three people in the bedroom but staff would put just two towels. We had to ask for the third one whenever towels were changed. My baby had a cold and the bed linen got really dirt. I had to ask them to be changed because housekeeping did not do it. Another night the baby had a nose bleed and they only changed one pillow case, the sheet and the duvet cover were not changed. The way the bathroom was designed doesn’t help the water to run the proper way to the drain, every time someone had a shower, the bathroom floor would be wet.

The Italian and Spanish food mentioned on the info didn't seem to exist so we had to go looking for a restaurant.
There was an unpleasant odour in the room.

They have an indian restaurant, I ordered 2 cocktails, the waitress, who was on her first day there, had absolutely no clue preparing them, I told her how to do it, she said in Germany is different!!! :))) No bartender, 8 euros each, total rip-off!!!

We stopped here on our way back to Sweden. It was convenient with the big parking right outside the hotel and our small dog was welcome (for a fee). It was also very close to a supermarket so that we could get some breakfast before we hit the road again. The room was big and the bathroom was very modern.
We booked the place around 20 minutes before arriving, plus it was late, so the reception had already closed and we did not receive any information on how to check-in. On the door, there was a number to call, so we did and talked to someone who (I guess) needed to activate our room key remotely (he just told us he will call us back in 10 minutes so I'm not sure about the reason).
After 10 minutes he called us back and instructed us on how the get the key and access our room.
There was only one pillow and blanket on the bed, but we booked a room for 2 people.
