Visited this lovely home for a girls’ weekend, and we had the most comfortable relaxed time! Eve and Brian were communicative and responsive. They informed us of local events to check out during our stay, which ended up making the weekend all the more memorable! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This home has a really neat setup. It’s really comfortable and the owners have thought of everything. We sat outside with a cup of coffee and watched six deer graze down the hillside. Wish we could have stayed longer

The Urban Forest was a terrific home-away-from-home for our family. The architecture is delightful with soaring ceilings and huge views. Wonderful separation of living and sleeping areas, and nice outdoor space on the decks. Zen-like interior design is very comfortable and well-appointed. Thanks for a great stay!

The house is in a beautiful location with a terrific valley view. There are huge windows and a lovely deck. The bedrooms are all spacious with plenty of room for everyone. After being on the road for nearly 2 days, it was wonderful to be able to unload and relax on the sectional in front of the large TV. I highly recommend this place.

What i loved most about this renral was the extras... spices in the cabinets, all the dishes, extra blankets everywhere, even some condimebts left in the fridge from a previous renter:) 5 Thumbs up guys!!

Our experience was exceptional from booking to checkout. The hosts were responsive, friendly and helpful during the entire process. And, I would say that the photos were accurate, but didn’t even capture the luxury of this special find. From the decorative touches to the thank you gifts in each bedroom to the well stocked kitchen, we felt immediately at home and cared for. We enjoyed sitting out on both the upstairs and downstairs decks with the stunning views. The only comment I would make is that there are a lot of stairs (including from the entrance to the main floor) so families with toddlers or guests with mobility issues might have a harder time navigating the space. Other than that, I can assure you you won’t be disappointed with this property! Our family time was greatly enhanced by being together in such a beautiful home.

This house is a great find in a good location, 2 min. from grocery stores and 10 min. from shopping/restaurants. Back into the driveway which fits 2 cars as the street is busy at times. There are several sizes of slippers to put on before going downstairs as well as towels to wipe your dog’s paws. The house is 3 levels so there are quite a few stairs. The house is spacious, open, very clean, modern and quiet. There is a book with a list of Spokane activities including festivals and locations/directions for water activities, hiking, biking & walking your dog. The kitchen is well-stocked and the cabinets and drawers are labeled which makes it easy to find everything. The kitchen table seats 6 with 3 bar stools for additional seating. One wall in the living/dining rooms is all widows with a great view. There is a gas fireplace with a remote and the sectional seats 4-5 comfortably. There are Roku TVs in the living room and 3 bedrooms downstairs. The bunk room also has a Wii with games. The beds are very comfortable with high quality bedding. The master bathroom is gorgeous with plenty of closet space! There are 2 decks, one with seating for 4 with 2 heat lamps and one with a sectional for 4-5 people. We had a minor issue with the Keurig and Eve responded within 5 min. and brought over a coffee maker, filters & coffee within minutes. Everything about this house screams quality and we will definitely be returning! Thank you Eve and Bryan for sharing your beautiful home with us!
