Pool closing at 10,ball game didn't get over until 9:15.had my two teenage grandkids.

The hotel staff were friendly, and accommodating. Smiles and excellent customer support!

Sadly the room we stayed in had been used by a smoker previously despite being a non-smoking location, and the cleaning crew had missed cigarette remains on the floor. In addition the bathtub drain was clogged and while showering it would back up.

Fantastic location. We attended a conference at the attached conference Center. Easy to get to by car and super friendly staff.

No breakfast included so generally quite expensive to stay there as parking is also an extra charge

I like the location and the parking garage.

It's obvious this hotel has run down since I stayed there a few years ago. The bathroom has no privacy with the gapping sliding door. No fan in the bathroom. Worn carpet. I won't stay there again.

We went to Hoopfest and couldn't have asked for a better location. Our court, the Center stage, and food trucks were a 10-minute walk. Plus, they have scooters you can rent and get there even quicker if you don't feel like walking. The room was clean, and parking was easy, although we had a truck, and it was really close to not fitting in the parking garage because we have a rack on top. Our friends drove a Tesla and appreciated that they had a charging station in the parking garage. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel rooms are clean but outdated. The window of the room we stayed in had a view of the river, but you could barely see it because the window's seal was broken, and there was too much condensation. Also, two ginormous spiders were crawling around on the window.

Location was excellent to see a show at the theater next door, was convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Parking was crowded because of a gymnastics meet.

The hotel was centrally located. The room was clean and our view of the city was great. The front staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants in the hotel as well as several eating options including a small market within walking distance.

Parking is a little spendy. There is a large parking facility so plenty of parking while we were there.

The location is ideal for walking to the riverside park and downtown attractions

The staff was not friendly, I was overcharged a lot and am still waiting for some of the charges to come off, hidden fees as well not mentioned like $24 a day to park, the room had barely any lighting, was not at all soundproof, the hdmi ports on the tv didn’t work, no microwaves, no breakfast included, no menu for the restaurant downstairs, altogether not a good set up, will not stay there again.
