Stay was great. Service not so much. I feel with a bad attitude maybe the job is not to be dealing with customers.

This hotel is brand new and was a great value. The design is efficient and modern. Location was great, with restaurants and cafes nearby and access to the city proper very easy. Noise was a bit of an issue - people upstairs seemed to arrive at about 0100 hrs and started banging around at 0530. Another guest in the elevator told us her room was super quiet, so just bad luck for us.

The rate was cheap, but the service was poor. Definitely no frills hotel. It was clean, but the bed was horribly soft.

My husband and I went for vacation stayed 7 days very clean clam place the room was cold enough loved the fact that the room had a stove and a big fridge. There was only a few things I disliked the bed was very uncomfortable it was not a very good bed at all felt like a water bed , you can also hear everything conversation doors slamming footsteps we try to get some extra sleep but we couldn’t get that extra sleep cause of people slamming their doors also house keeping lady’s never went to clean room but honestly the hotel was okay , yes I would stay there again just for two nights or so just cause the noises does make my anxiety go crazy ! But not bad at all !

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is that you aren't given clean towels everyday. If you want clean towels there is a charge or you can wash the ones that are in your room at the laundry room.

I liked that it was a hotel with an appartment layout. Things were convinient. I would rec9mmend that peiple be aware the office is closed throughout the night so to be aware of that

Loved our stay & would definitely recommend & would always book to stay again. Staff went above & beyond, really comfortable beds, great ac/heating, easy laundry, smart tv, always hot water for good shower, good sized parking bays & plenty of them, easy getting in and out from very busy area a block or 2 away, close to shops, take out, restaurants etc, quiet and chilled, very new, fresh and clean. Grateful for such a lovely place to stay for our 10 day visit to Grand Rapids!

While the room itself was in good condition and clean, it was rather functional and not comfortable or warm in terms of decor and furnishings. Most importantly, the check in team member was rude and not eager to help us at all. She seemed as if we were inconveniencing her with our late check in. She didn’t even turn on the lights behind the desk and argued with us when we asked for copies of the paperwork she has us sign. She alone has discouraged us from a repeat stay.

Late check-in and waited for 20mins before staff came down. Bed was supper soft and terrible condition. Sheets looked like they were already used. Towel and linen quality very cheap. This is more of a long stay accommodation then overnight hotel.

Family friendly and clean. Stayed one night with my daughter. Read reviews about it being loud. Understand why they were made because I could hear the person above me walking, (they have hardwood floors instead of carpet), loved that since I have allergies. It also did not disturb our sleep, all quiet after 10pm. It is an extended stay but we just stayed overnight. It was perfect for us. Felt very safe, very friendly staff and again…clean.

It was a lovely hotel and in a good area. Easy to get around and the rooms are clean staff friendly and everything is accommodating. The only thing is you can hear everything. There was a constant banging but it was great !

The staff that attended to me was a horrible person. While checking out the next day, she displayed the same craziness and unprofessionalism to her coworkers by shouting and picking up arguments when none of the guests were talking to her…she just had to be noisy when everything was going on smoothly.

This is an extended stay property. Nice beds and shower, and everything seemed updated and newish, BUT walls were paper thin and absolutely no amenities beside the TV, which we didn’t use. No breakfast, coffee station was minimal, as was the staffs’ availability and hours. Was not what I expected, but fine for sleeping and location seemed safe.

The check in experience was not good in that the desk was closed and a snarky employee answered the after hours lobby phone. We did not receive a greeting during the actual check-in process and got the overall feeling that we were interrupting her. Needless to say we did not feel welcomed. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a convenient refrigerator and microwave, just wish there wS in room coffee.

Although this property was not what I had expected (it is extended stay, not a typical hotel), it worked well for a two-day trip through Grand Rapids. Clean, quiet, pleasant. It is a fairly new property, too.

The hotel room itself was ok. Equipped with the minimum. Had a small stovetop/kitchen area but you had to pay extra for kitchenware, plates, utensils, etc. Housekeeping comes once a week. The location itself was ok. Conveniently located near the Grand Rapids airport. However the individuals loitering near the entrances and exits did not make me feel very safe.
