The convenience of having a restaurant nearby and the safety of the whole property is good. The room smells very nice. Internet is very good. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided. The host is available when you need something.

The place was not well cleaned. There was gunk inside the fridge. The bathroom floor was not cleaned enough. There was even hair on the floor and on the carpet. It was a bit slippery. The curtains were not dark enough. It gets incredibly bright as soon as the sun comes out. The only thing we could watch on TV was youtube. No netflix. There's no washing machine. Good thing there is a laundromat downstairs. Someone from the next studio was so loud on the phone at night. The neighbors can be very loud, and the fact that they are residents of the building doesn't really leave you with enough power to complain. It is also a very strict no smoking property. So the neighbors will complain if they smell cigarette smoke, which is a shame because the room has a nice sunset view out in the balcony. You can't smoke inside either, they have a sensitive smoke detector. If you smoke, this is NOT the place for you.
