Cosy cottage and host very accommodating and knowledgeable and allowed an early check in! We tried new pillows which were great!
The bathroom was a little cold and loo could do with a good bleach

Excellent base for family visit. Robert, the host very welcoming. Large main rooms, all facilities spic-&-span. Skylight in kitchen.
Will defiantly use again if available for the odd night.

Quiet location close to town centre and main sites. Ample good parking and access. Comfortable bed and ok settee. Well equipped kitchen and dining facilities. Very helpful host.
Prince Albert pub nearby was good for food and Turkish Ely Restaurant near bottom of Fore Hill.

Robert, the owner, is friendly and welcoming. The flat is clean and newly decorated and comfortable. The parking is good and the location convenient for the city centre, We would definitely come again!
There was an air-to-view TV and a DVD player with a stack of DVDs. Most were of the action adventure variety but not necessarily child oriented (advertised as a 'child friendly' venue). A smart TV or at least 'free-view' would have been welcome. A few books/games for a rainy day might also be a good investment!

Hospitality was great. Thank you for the milk and biscuits.
Sofa bed was not as comfortable as my daughter would have liked.

It was convenient in the location we needed
No towels provided and no toilet paper provided. Only 2 teabags and 2 sachets of coffee and 3 teaspoons of sugar and 4 pods of milk.

Great location - easy walk to city sights, station, shops, restaurants, walks etc. Cottage nicely equipped and comfortable - we were only there one night, but it would be fine for a longer stay. Host was very friendly and welcoming.

Rob was a great host who was very welcoming, even left us treats which were a nice surprise and much appreciated The accommodation was spotless and very homely. The city centre is within walking distance so perfect for a spot of lunch or dinner along the river. Myself and my partner enjoyed our stay very much and will be looking to return in the near future.
