DO NOT STAY HERE!! It was filthy. There were bars on the windows and doors which made it look like a prison and clearly states it isn’t a safe location! The street is dirty and noisy. Upon entering the property you are hit with an overpowering smell of cigarettes and cannabis. The inside of the property is dirty and smelly. Mould, peeling wallpaper, the shower curtain being held up with cello tape, the furniture is falling apart. It’s disgusting and should not be advertised on booking.com! I messaged the owners and asked to cancel my booking with a full refund, they refused saying the accommodation is fit for purpose and hung up on me! You have no support from booking.com because it’s at the owner’s discretion which is ludicrous. As a third party, booking.com should have their customers interest and in this case, safety at their best interest. I had my 2 young children with me and we travelled 5 hours. I could not risk them staying in there. I have asthma and my chest played up all evening after only being in there for 15-20minutes! I then had to drive around Leeds (a place I’ve never been) to find alternative accommodation. The owners showed no compassion regarding this so I am now at a huge loss of money and they hung up and left me to find alternative accommodation with 2 young children. Shame on them and I hope nothing this awful ever happens to them! Who would do that to a family with young children. I am dumbfounded that they cannot see the issues with the property, it stinks and needs a full refurbishment. The photos do not match what the property actually looks like. It is extremely misleading and fault advertising. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. IT IS A HEALTH RISK AND NEEDS TAKING DOWN FROM THIS WEBSITE!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Unfortunately nothing

There were bars on the window and mirrors. Very dated and basic furniture, toaster didn’t work there was not much cutlery to use, glasses were dirty. Very steep stairs. Loud noises from neighbours and cars all night.

Nothing was told we could not stay there and needed to ring booking com which we did and they left me my wife and 2 young children over 4 hours in freezing cold,in the end had to pay for another apartment and wait over 7 days for money back absolutely disgusting with the service avoid this apartment and booking.com

The property has served its purpose, it was really warm inside.

The smell of smoked weed was quite unpleasant especially I was travelling with three young kids. Very loud road nearby.

It was a very lovely house lovely and clean, well set out, we loved It. Location is great for our regular trip to Leeds, i would definitely come back wonderful

Just a Few things that were needed to make me give it 10/10 are... : a long mirror that you can take off the wall. So you can sit and get ready, It needs a mirror in each room really, and also there was no bins in the bedrooms. They are essential in bedrooms

Quiet location, close to city centre, easy communication with the host. We had everything we needed for one night stay, thank you

The house is very clean and comfortable.

The stairs are steep Also te light on the stairs with not working. Overall it was ideal for what we wanted. Will definitely recommend.
