Everything was perfect

Lovely spacious and comfortable bungalow. Fully enclosed garden and hard flooring throughout perfect for us who have dogs easy to clean.
My only observation is the bungalow has 3 bedrooms but there is only one 3 seater settee in the lounge which isn’t sufficient seating if you have a family of four or more staying. For us as a couple it wasn’t a problem.

Excellent warm and comfortable property close to the sanctuary town of Beverley. The house comes with towels, linen and tv with Netflix along with great kitchen and bathroom facilities. The house is within a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Beverley and the train to Hull takes about 15 minutes from Beverley, Beverley and Hull are well worth a visit.

Self catered so breakfast n/a. The property styled beautifully. Good that tea, coffee and sugar provided.
The bed was uncomfortable. The leather settee in lounge is very deep. Ok for tall people but those with short legs - found it too deep. Insufficient cushions so backache after sitting 🙁
Appreciate that cleaning costs but feel property overpriced.

Very quiet location in a lovely cul de sac. Near all shops, restaurants. Lovely bungalow, home from home. Very comfy beds, had everything we needed. Excellent communication with the owner. Would highly recommended this property.

Plenty of little extras from shampoo to cleaning products to coffee capsule’s everything you needed
The only one thing I would say would be to have a second toilet/bathroom. 6 girls all needing the bathroom at once but we managed well.

The decor on this home is absolutely lovely, its so clean and welcoming.
The property has everything you need and the espresso machine is a fantastic touch.
We had a slight issue but Erin was easy contactable and got it sorted straight away which was brilliant.
It suited us perfect so there was nothing we didn't like.

Loved the location our youngest daughter lives near the beck so this was a great location for us whilst being a pleasant walk into town. The bungalow is a great size and had everything we needed for a family get together and exploring Beverley. The amenities in the property were great too we would defo use it again!
The heating was switched on when we arrived and the thermostat proved a bit confusing to use it was set at a low temp but the actual temp was much higher. We managed to turn the boiler off it would be helpful for future guests for a guide to hand. Think it was more noticeable because it’s summer and wasn’t that big an issue that we needed to bother Erin with.
