A big thank you to the people from the Hostel for the awesome and amazing time er had. If we could, we would have stayed much longer. The Dorm was very Clean and comfortable and the Location was amazing! The best Hostel in Malaysia!! Super clean and functional dorm. Juara Beach is far to reach, but definitely worth it! it truly felt like a piece of paradise on earth. Staff very nice, not everyone was super fluent in english, but they were always doing their best to understand and accommodate.

Really clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Close to the beach and quiet. I'll definitely recommend this place 😃

Perhaps a a big courtain will be useful at the entrance of the dormitories as they've got a glass door

The rooms were okay

Moody and grumpy owners. They offer tours and you ask the owner for tour information...they don't know. You ask for good snorkeling spots, they don't know. They offer an underwater camera for rent, no is not available. They wanted to arrange me a pick up from the ferry to the hostel, no answer anymore. Such bad service. This hostel is not for Backpackers. 3 days in a row no toilet paper in the bathrooms. The owners (I guess it's the couple the one lady and the man middle-aged who are staff are the owners or managers) but they are sitting just there all the time at their smartphones and doing nothing. if you ask something they give you an answer in a grumpy way or roll with their eyes. The two guys in the restaurant are pretty nice and friendly though. I liked them and they tried to give their best but you could see they need a teaching about everything but they never got it, it's also the fault of the owners...
