it was too busy on the first evening. too much noise. I wish there were a quiet area to disconnect. I had to stay in my room from 21:00.

you cannot ask for more, really thank you thank you for the beautiful time! the super delicious food! and most importantly the smiley amazing staff, really was astonished with the staff everywhere in the hotel, way to go, will high recommend it and hopefully we can can come again here in the upcoming future, inshalla 😀

I loved almost everything. The space, view, the bathroom and the bed was really comfortable. Most of all, the food. I was really nervous travelling with a 1 year old who suffers from multiple food allergies. I took her oat milk, morning cereal, dry pasta, snacks, pasta sauce and wraps with me incase there was nothing but there was no need for half the things. The restaurant very helpfully had cards for each of their dishes that outlined the name in English and listed all the key allergens. There was such a variety of food I could feed her and she thoroughly enjoyed! it was such a relief knowing she had options and for that I can’t recommend the place enough. They also had a gluten free section too! Also, BOOK THE SPA TREATMENTS. They are at a cost but worth every penny. Also make sure to book the a la carte restaurant’s. The steak one in particular was amazing and they work on a tip only system if you book only once. The tequila restaurant was also amazing- the chef specially made a dish for my daughter that was free from all allergens including gluten free wraps!!

They don’t provide an iron. If you are looking to book please do but I recommend either taking a travel iron or paying for the ironing service like I did. The desserts and some appetiser didn’t have cards to state what allergens they had so I had to stay away. I did ask staff but they were unsure too.

the stuff, a lot of them are rude ! ( not all of them, most are ok) rooms ! really very old ! dirty !! take cover of bed and look under it you will see i dirty things . the bathroom need a renovation! seriously. the worst thing was !! the Schock in the hotel was the the ndining room you feel very eng ! try to put all together in a room no matter is. a smoker or non smoker room . there are a room to adult with no children ! it is very tight also !! before this hotel I was in be grand Delphine for one days ! I can tell you people there is everything perfect ! just please do copy past to the be grand . I wanted imperial because I heard a lot about it
