My recent stay at velvet apartments was nothing short of amazing. From the get-go, the online check-in process was straightforward and user-friendly. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the seamless self-check-in system that was both efficient and secure. The apartment itself was a gem. Spacious, stylishly furnished, and spotlessly clean, it felt like a true home away from home. Even a wonderful Christmas tree in the living room! The modern amenities catered to all my needs and there was also free tea, milk, coffee and biscuits which I appreciated. Located in a lovely neighborhood, the apartment was close to local attractions, dining, and shopping areas, which was perfect for my family. In summary, velvet apartments offered the perfect combination of comfort and convenience and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning. The view was incredible especially in the snow. Manager was great and very accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean and warm upon arrival.

Incredible property perfect for our mini city girls trip. Very well laid out. Beds really comfy. Fabulous shower.

The dimmer ceiling light switches. Very tricky to use, couldn’t turn them off. Had to call the concierge to ask how to turn off, which worked in the upper room, but not in mine and had to sleep with one spot in the ceiling over the bed.. shining down on me all night. Would be useful for some instructions in the apartment to explain how to use.

Wasn’t very clean didn’t realise we would need to take toilet rolls and cleaning supplies not enough big towels Couldn’t get the heating to work and it was fairly cold.

Breath taking property in a great location and very clean. Definitely worth the money. The host was great! Gave us a tour of the new hot tub suite which was mind blowing. Will definitely be returning and booking the hot tub suite.

The property was gorgeous, excellent location, very modern, great night sleep in the comfy bed. Host was brilliant, very helpful and kind. Park directly opposite was gorgeous too we were lucky to have stayed over with the lovely weather we had. Also just a suggestion, maybe invest in a couple of picnic blankets to use at the park opposite.

The property could of been a bit cleaner. Dust in the kitchen cupboards that weren’t being used, ( we only stayed the one night so didn’t need them anyway) a few shaven hairs on our shower wall and tea stains down the back of the bedroom door. None of this spoilt our stay and we’d definitely stay again but if they want an excellent rating the cleaning should be a little better. :-)

Very clean and spacious apartment just perfect for 6 of us. 7 minutes walk to train station and shopping mall. Host was very helpful and response fast when there is any problem.

We wish there is mirror in the room so all of us don’t have to squeeze into the shower room to do our makeup.

The location was perfect across the street from the park and close to the train station, grocery store and many restaurants. Comfortable beds. Nice large tv.

There was no table to congregate as a family and share a meal. For an apartment that could host a group the sitting room could use another chair. Not fussy on the 200 pound deposit.

Beautiful 5 star property in an excellent location. Check in was easy. Parking outside the property. Three comfortable double rooms with luxury bedding. Bathrooms and kitchen immaculate. Had extras like bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits. Walk to trinity square was under 5 mins.

This property is amazing! Ideal location as it’s only a few minutes from the train station and Greek Street which is full of amazing bars. The beds are so comfy and the hosts are so quick to respond to any messages and queries. Could not fault this place!

Great location - right in the centre of Leeds but on the edge of a quiet city park. Parking is available outside the property - pay and display. Beautiful apartment with everything you need.

Excellent location, view opposite the park was a bonus and close to amenities. Very stylish decor and apartment dressed for our arrival, table laid etc and even fresh flowers .

this was an amazing stay. we were on a work visit and decided to stay at velvet apartments. the apartment was spotless and decorated really nice. beds were great and really cosy! free tea coffee and snacks which was a nice gesture. high recommend this place
