The photos of this property don’t do it justice. This property is well stocked and well maintained. It was very comfortable, close to everything you’d want, and the beds and linens were topnotch. In addition, the home offers a lovely view and is super quiet neighborhood.

Was in town for parents’ medical appointments. This house was perfect. Felt like home. Nice kitchen with everything we needed (and a whole lot more) to cook. Owner was great to communicate with, and very accommodating when our plans changed and we needed to check in early.
Excellent experience overall. We even extended our stay for a few more days.
Would highly recommend this house.
Patio overlooks Quidi Vidi gut. You can leave house and walk to Quidi Vidi lake trail in 30 secs (found a little shortcut). There’s also a walking trail up over the hill that takes you right to Signal Hill. (About 20-30 min hike/walk).

Our family of three stayed at this property for a brief weekend visit and would recommend it highly. The neighbourhood is very quiet, the location is a convenient drive from downtown, and the home has all the comforts and amenities we could ask for. The view from the back deck is especially recommended.

This home was very well equipped,comfortable, spacious and inviting. The location is perfect for those who are visiting St John’s but want to be close to Signal Hill and right in Quidi Vidi village. The view from the upper deck is gorgeous and one can hike to Signal Hill easily and to the Sugar Loaf trail. Beds are comfortable and rooms are lovely.

Great location. Beautiful view of Quidi Vidi. Host gave great suggestions. A perfect place for our family vacation with 5 adults.

We really enjoyed our time at the property. We were staying with elderly parents and the bedroom on the main floor was wonderful. There was only three steps to get into the main living area. It was a short drive to downtown and over a 45 minute walk grocery stores were nearby. The quaint little village of Quidi very was within walking distance, so is signal Hill. The property was clean and exceeded our expectations.

We enjoyed sipping champagne on the porch and gazing over the beauty of Quidi Vidi Harbour. Excellent location away from the hussle and bussle of the city yet not far away and easily reached by car. Quidi Vidi lake just down the hill provides a long loop for wonderful morning walks. Recommended!

Stayed many times in St. John’s over the years but this was our first visit to Quidi vidi. Walking distance to the brewery and just around the corner you can go back in time 100 years.
