Was good for our weekend getaway. Only thing is the single bed kept feeling like you were leaning. Needs a leg in the middle, one side was missing one.

Nice clean comfortable accommodation. Perfect value for money. If you want a good value comfortable place to stay the Tree is perfect!!

sorry to say we had a terrible stay went into our room heating did not work /no water coming out of bathroom taps /really shabby but clean /got put into another room /tiles coming away /only limited stations on tv/bed rolling about eveytime you moved in bed/dripping tap in bathroom all night hardly got any sleep/ants/ once again very shabby but clean very disappointed

There were little bugs in the bathroom each time I went in . I had to keep the door shut at all times so the bugs didn’t come into the sleeping area. The windows we're not opened so they must have been coming in from the drains. Not good ! I couldn’t fill the kettle with water because you couldn’t get the kettle under the bathroom tap to fill . ??? Hello! I got the ironing board out but there wasn’t any iron . I couldn’t go to the office to get an iron because the office is never opened & the house maids had left . It is really a terrible way to run a tourist motel. The fake that you can’t get hold of anyone to help you because no one replies to the many phone calls that I made on the night I arrived & the room 8 door wouldn’t open . I tried many times over & over again. The person in room 7 came out to help me & she tried the door many times & also called for help . Get your act together, please !

The Tree is a cheap motel, not in great condition but ok to spend a night if on a budget. Bed was comfortable and a few little niceties like coffee machine provided. The coded door entry can be annoying but we eventually got in. It is a 17-20 minutes walk to restaurants and pub

The light in the room came on and off and did not stay on. The bathroom door felt like it was going to come off it's hinge so I never closed it. The fridge needs to be defrosted as the freezer section was badly iced up and the temperature in the fridge was on warmer so there was a pool of water in the bottom of the fridge which had a bad smell to it when the fridge door was opened. I'd think twice about staying here again

Dated but clean. The "hot" shower was only tepid, which was made worse by the windows that couldn't be closed. Very quiet room even though we were the closest to the main road

A really lovely motel. It had everything we needed (if you needed to self cater you could: toaster, kettle, microwave, crockery etc), exceptionally clean, we really enjoyed our stay! If only other regional accommodations were like this, it just makes for a delightful stay. And we loved exploring Narooma, if you have the chance go see a movie at the kinema, it’s very quaint!

We liked the tidy property, inside and outside. Convenient to restaurants.

Clean, quiet, comfortable , basic but convenient

check in process was very difficult . All on line , had to download an app to get access code to door but because we arrived about 10 min early couldnt get the access code , kept telling me to checkin first but there was nowhere to checkin . Nobody onsite , tried to ring the mobile number on the recwption door & kept going to message bank . Same with the land line .Left multiple messages & SMS . Got no reply . Eventually go an email with the room number & access code . The whole process was very frustrating , never saw or heard from any motel staff . Luckily we didnt have any other problems . Some people in the room next to us had similar issues . The room itself was ok.

Good and big beds. Smart TV and quality toilet paper. A tad unaccessible as it is a bit remote and service so so.

The room was full of ants and very dusty and dirty the pool was filthy

You get what you pay for but in this case you don't even get that! No-one mans reception. The wrong instructions were given for 'virtual check-in' so the door code didn't work and we couldn't get into our room. Even the special check-in app didn't recognise our confirmation number. We had to phone a contact who was in Sydney to help with entry. When we did get in there was rubbish on the floor, goop on both bedside tables, black hairs on the bathroom sink and a couple of months of dust on the bathroom shelf and skirting boards. When we went to make a cup of coffee there were no mugs in the cupboard and only one glass. We phoned the contact in Sydney again who sent out a local staff member. Patrice was fantastic. She went out of her way to fix the problems and reported our concerns to the property owners.

Very old property. Clean enough. Saw no staff as check in was via code sent via SMS for entry. Pretty basic.

Nobody at hotel. Everything is through an app on your phone which of course required email and data plan which isnt a given. Also required two different logins on the app to open both rooms reserved. More data roaming costs. The property isnt getting needed attention either. Ripped screens, missing hair dryer, dead batteries in the tv remote, dirty silverware in the room, no coffee mugs in one room and no tumblers in the other. Ok to sleep but not a good experience.

Property a little tied but close to town centre

We were at the hotel for one night, quick stopover. Room was clean and comfortable. We never saw any staff but we received the room number and lockbox code with our key before we arrived. Price was right!

Narooma is beautiful with lots to see and do, though Accomadation was pretty average, pool was being cleaned in the day we left and no one working at the reception

Great price but bathrooms are old and dirty. Only provide bars of soap. But it was perfect for our budget.

Excellent budget place to stay! The wifi worked well, the room was airconditioned before we arrived. Free biscuits with the tea/coffee is always appreciated. Parking right outside the door

The building and rooms are certainly a bit old. One of the bed has noticeable hair and dirt on it. We found a bug in the room, which probably got in from the crack underneath the door. The bathroom door cannot be fully closed. On the good side: The three-bed setting is ideal for family with children. The price is cheap and there is a plaza nearby with laundromat and grocery.

Booked many rooms for business and the rooms dont look like the photographs. Wouldn’t book again.

Not 5 star but for an older motel it was very nice
