Excellent accueil au niveau de la réception. Appartement très propre et bien équipé avec tous le nécessaire comme sur les photos. En plein centre ville de Rabat à quelques minutes à pied de la gare et des commodités. Je ne peux que recommander l’adresse!

Located in a modern building in a quiet street, about 15 minutes on foot from several important sights (Modern Art Museum, Museum of History & Civilisation) and transport hubs (Rabat Ville train station, Place Al Joulane tram station). Clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen (basic amenities not provided). BIM supermarket nearby. Possibility to use the washing machine (not located in the apartment). Very helpful staff at the reception desk.

A few more plates in the kitchen would be a welcome addition.

I loved it. We were three people and one of us slept on the couch. The service was amazing. Helped us with recommendations where to eat and helped us exchanging cash for cab. Was really last minute booking. Booked at 22:00 and showed up 30 minutes later.

The balcony on the ground floor was more of a terrasse and was closed off with walls and therefore no fresh air to help with the heat. But that's it.

A beautiful new property in the heart of Rabat

new establishment, clean, modern.

We stayed for one night only. Overall good for sleeping only but do not expect more. Staff very welcoming and polite. Location near important governmental offices. Calm neighborhood. Free underground parking.

Very small room. Might be difficult to reach if you are driving your own car but staff can help you out to arrive to the right place. Very small and crowded bathroom especially for large people. Full of mosquitos and ants. Infant crib useless.

The reception staff is highly polite and friendly

- Unfortunately, the room was on the ground floor, in front of the laundry room, cleaning tools room, the lobby, and close to the reception, which made it very difficult to sleep for the entire period because of the noise. - The hotel collected an additional 4 euros for each night tax, which I did not understand the reason for, although it was indicated upon booking that the price includes the 20% tax - There is no sign showing the location of the hotel. - The spread of ants in the room and sometimes on the bed despite daily cleaning.

Everything was perfect staff was polite and welcoming , gave me a big room for a good price . Parking was located good , free cofee was offered in morning , clean appartment best one going in rabat thanks guys
