Everything was super good The staff were very helpful, friendly and I really enjoyed interacting with them

I had a great stay… But just that I would recommend putting hooks in the toilets and the shower room

Great design of the rooms and facilities. Everything was extra clean and the staff went extra mile to make sure I am comfortable and have everything I need.

There were a couple of technical temporary problems like the beeping of the door lock during the night.

Mattress was covered in rubber (!) and was possibly memory foam. Really hot and also noisy, not comfortable. No photos of room on website so was disappointed to see that a private room was 2 bunks and a bathroom, no chair or table. Harsh lino on floor. Felt like a prison cell. Movement activated sensor for bathroom light, was activated by turning over in bed, meaning it was easy to be woken up unless you have eyeshades. Room was way too expensive for something so basic. Some nighttime noise from bar downstairs, until closing time
