Property was very clean and comfortable in a peaceful residential area. We heard owls at night and saw a squirrel and a fox during our stay. Facilities were really great with dishwasher and all appliances, so felt very much a home from home. All in we'd highly recommend Lindrick Villa, it suited what we needed for a quiet break away whilst we had an event to attend in the area. Host responsive and communicative, all has gone well - thank you!

Nothing not to like but if being picky - no normal TV channels - just internet TV and property is looking a bit tired

home from home really nice area . convenient for many big stores all about 1 mile away Small shopping and restaurants and cafe area with in a 10 min walk. perfect very comfortable beds and newly decorated. great cooker and oven top of range washing machine and dish washer . great sink very convenient second toilet in the hallway Will definitely be staying here every time we are at Leicester for business or pleasure The host was extremely helpful and accommodating

was no mini bar as stated on booking.com and washing machine wasn’t working for whole stay also was no mention of deposit required until after we had booked and paid then was asked for £350 deposit however was refunded back day after I left x

Lovely stay for our three engineers. It was nice and clean, had everything they needed.
