Location, cleanliness of the property. Great WiFi connection.
Very limited dining options on the property itself. Not a very big deal as there a lots of restaurants within a 5 minutes walk.
TV in the room was a joke as I'd expect a basic smart TV in any hotel room nowadays. Again, not a big deal for me but could be different for others, especially families with children.

The property is extremely tastefully constructed and designed. Each terrace is private, equipped with a table and chairs and washing line. The pool offers a quiet haven of peace. Fittings and fixtures are of high quality and staff are helpful. Room cleaned everyday along with fresh supply of towels
I had a problem getting the AC to work
I wasn’t issued with any beach towels but for me that was not a problem S I always fry off in the sun! It is slightly far from beach and supermarkets but this is actually a benefit as it is in a quiet area

excellent place, very friendly environment. Mr. George was very willing to help us, the room was comfortable, very clean and next to the beach of Perissa, if you are looking for value for money, it is the perfect choice

The owner is very nice and very helpful. The communication with him was excellent and he was very responsive, even ahead of our trip. Due to our bad flight times we needed transfers which the owner happily organized for us, both there and back. The room is equipped with all basic equipment necessary for an extended stay. It has a tiny kitchenette with some cookware and one single-pot cooker. There is also a small fridge, a small flat-screen TV (even though all channels are Greek - but sometimes American films are screened in English with Greek subtitles). We did also have to work from our room a few days. The internet connection was stable and sufficient for that. Another great thing is the pool which by Santorini standards is on the larger side. Good enough for a little bit of swimming, even though it is a bit too shallow on one end.
There were mostly just two drawbacks for us with this accommodation. The pot and the pan that are part of the kitchen equipment were really bad to work with. Personally, I am used to cooking on non-coated stainless steel pans, so sticking is never an issue for me, but the cookware on the room - while usable - is really bad. No matter what you do, everything sticks and cleaning it is really hard work afterwards. Also. the knife that is provided is very tiny and extremely blunt. We were joking amongst ourselves that we could probably cut vegetables easier just using our fingers. The other drawback of the room is the shower. The shower curtain does not go all the way down to the shower basin. As a matter of fact, even if the shower curtain was longer, it still wouldn't align with the shower basin, so every time you take a shower, you basically create a small river in the bathroom. Luckily, this dries quickly in the hot climate, but it is worth mentioning. In general, you can see here and there, that the place is in need of some repairs, but you can also see that the owner is trying - and given how affordable the place is compared to other places, that's quite acceptable.

Absolutely best villa in Perissa ,quiet and beautifully located by the mountain ridge and very close to one of the best part of black beach in Santorini. Everyday we had our rooms cleaned and got fresh towels. The room was very well equipped and had everything we needed including variety of cooking tools. It was great value for the price , we had also a private tarrace. I checked many villas on booking and this one has the best rooms in this price. The pool and a bar is for sure a great advantage .The owner was really nice and helped us to print out the boarding passes and on the first day he gave us all information about the island such as bus schedules and interesting places to visit . I truly recommend this place and thank you for the lovely experience I've had thanks to the effort and heart the owner puts into making his villa be a very pleasant place to his guests.
The problem on the whole island is a salty water under shower ,better don't make tea with it. Need to buy bottled water to wash teeth or face but after few days you get used to it.

The location of Villa was great - quiet street, but close to everywhere. And generelly Perissa is nice place to stay, there're some shops, backery, restaurants and beach bars and of course beach.
Daily cleaning and towel change and everything with really friendly stuff.
The possibility of use swimming pool, sunbeds and bar with a very helpful gentleman who took care of the villa.

Everything was great, the owner was really friendly, the rooms were cleaned every day, the pool was awesome, the location was great and really quiet .This is a great place if you want to go somewhere to relax and chill by the pool.
The shower is a little bit small. We had some problems in one of the nights when was pouring outside and the rain infiltrated from the terrace into our room, but a towel placed strategically under the doors could solve everything.

When the bathroom window was open you could hear the hotel neighbours and they could probably see and hear you back which wasn't that super nice of an experience. If your a group of friends and loud beware because they complain about being loud all the time.

Due to cancellations we were moved to another of their properties Tristhenia which was wonderful. Anna was exceptional and a gem. Helped organize a tour. Optional breakfast was excellent value. Owner upgraded our room due to change in hotel.

We liked Giorgos and Maria and Theoni. We liked the swimming pool and nice, relaxing atmosphere in the evening and coffee time in the morning. Perissa is excellent choice if you want proximity of the beautiful beach and good bakery:) We rented a car for two days ( 40€ per day ) and visited everything that should be seen in Santorini. We loved Vinsanto, the view from Ancient Thera and Monastery St. Illias.

The property is set back from the main road so it felt more relaxing, yet still close to restaurants, bars, beach and the bus stop. We enjoyed the pool area which looks up at the mountains. We had a family villa which has three singles and a separate double - perfect for my family of five.
